I went on a one hour ride today with my family. We had a wonderful time! Our guides were very friendly and the horses were very gentle. if you are first time riders, this would be a great first trail ride. We rode past several waterfalls and on top of a ridge where we had an amazing view! I definitely recommend Riding in the Clouds... and my horse, Jerry. He is a sweetheart!

We had a group with mixed experience with horses. A great place for inexperienced riders and those who know how to ride alike. Our guide was great, the horses were extremely well behaved. We will be back :)

We were a little nervous being first time riders but the staff took good care of us and we had a super time. The animals were gentle and awesome. I would do it again.

Spent an hour riding the trail and stopped to feed the ducks. Everyone was so friendly and wanted to make everyone no matter their age could spend time with the horses and goats. Very enjoyable day

We scheduled a ride for the afternoon and mentioned that we had ridden before. No one told us before the ride that we would have to walk the horses the whole way. When we were out on the ride for a while, I asked our guide if we could cantor and she said that they are not allowed to cantor or do anything but walk. My wife was VERY disappointed and so was I: I can’t recall a trail ride where we walked the horses for an hour. Most of the ride is in the woods with minimal scenery, the end of the ride, where they take pictures has a nice view of the lake and the mountains. If this is your first ride, I am sure it would be a fun experience, but if you want to do anything else but walk your horse for an hour I would look elsewhere.

We had a great ride yesterday. The weather was perfect to be outside. The views were beautiful and we had plenty of time to spend with the horses. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for something new and fun to do outside. The horses were great with people. We cant wait to come back again!

We LOVED our ride at Riding In The Clouds. Our horses were beautiful, obviously well cared for, and very obedient. The trail was stunningly beautiful beyond measure with lovely views. Our trail guide was very knowledgeable and friendly and we liked her and trusted her immediately. The horses didnt put a foot wrong . We plan on becoming regulars at Riding In the Clouds. And are looking forward to many more lovely trail rides in spring, summer, and fall. This is by far the best trail riding stable we have ever been to and we are not young women! My sister, Sandy, and I had a wonderful time!

Great experience! The staff is friendly and very good at making you feel comfortable if youre not sure what youre doing! And all of the horses are amazing! Definitely worth checking out!

I just wanted to say that the experience we had here was just fantastic. I took my 12 year old grand daughter for her first horseback trail ride. The guide was great. She actually had to be stern with a couple of teenaged kids who were sort of ignoring her when she was doing the initial instructions. (and i am glad she did - they hadnt ridden before and seemed to think it would be like a riding a carousel horse and not a live animal). Our ride was a lot of fun. We also put my grandson on the horse for a pony ride. He loved it. All the horses I saw were quiet and calm. We cant wait to go back again.

I really loved it here. What a great experience. I brought my boyfriend who had never been on a horse before and he was riding the horse like a pro in no time. Also the instructors did such a good job with everything :)

6/15/19 Had an amazing ride! I got to go out on Lincohn, the big beautiful draft horse. The ride was great, area was beautiful and the horses very well behaved... I love that guide knew each one so well and all of their personalities, Lincoln is a tailgater lolWe will absolutely come back again ❤️

If youre an experienced rider definitely skip this. It was pretty boring and slow . Could be good for people who have never riden or are a little afraid...

A friend and I went for an afternoon ride. Beautiful views from the top of the hill. The woods trails were welcoming and cool on such a hot day. The horses were responsive, the staff was helpful, and what a great way to spend an afternoon.

Such an amazing place! The horses are so beautiful and amazing with people and the staff are absolutely wonderful! By far one of the best things I have done with my family.

An absolutely beautiful view while riding super sweet horses. The horses seem loved and cared for. Staff was very friendly. Got to mingle with the horses after the last ride of the day. Would definitely recommend!

A fabulous place to enjoy beautiful animals and a gorgeous view. The staff is exceptional. It is our 2nd time making a 2 1/2 hour trip. The first time there was for horse back riding in the fall. It was so fun - We decided to go back for a wonderful sleigh ride this winter.

Loved this place and I have horses myself. Took 16 people for two separate riding times. Horses and everything were amazing. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at the Riding In The Clouds Stables, the staff were friendly and helpful, even giving us treats to feed the horses after our hour long trail ride! What beautiful views of Lake Winnipesaukee! I definitely recommend this if youre staying with your family in the area, it doesnt disappoint!

Not bad, but the scenery did not live up to the description and was less than I had hoped for. One of the guides for our ride gave the impression that it was a hassle for her to deal with any of us. We had the last ride of the day and because it was running behind schedule by a significant amount we did not actually have the opportunity to have our pictures taken on the horses we rode as advertised and were instead rushed off of them. All of these minor annoyances combined left me feeling as though I paid far more than this was worth. I wouldnt spend the money here again unless the cost was lower.

This May two of us celebrated our birthdays with a wonderful wagon ride complete with a load of our friends, including my Aussie, Checker. Bobbie and the crew went out of their way to make this a memorable day for us. The horses, as usual, were well turned out, behaved beautifully and the wagon was classy. We had such a good time and plan to do it again next spring. Thanks to all at the stable who got this lovely wagon out and polished for us ! I would recommend this wagon ride to any group.
