Loved the credit card option for the machines. No more quarters!Lots of different sized washers and dryers for different load sizes. Clean and not overcrowded. Parking is a hair too small and shared with other stores.

If I could give them more stars I would. Incredibly clean, lots of machines all in good working order. One of the best in the area.

Extremely clean and friendly, and i have never lost quarters here. Only downside is the parking, with few parking spaces available.

Clean with change machines and card readers on each appliance. Also has room for extra large loads like a fluffy blanket or elephant (note can not really wash and dry an elephant here).

Nice and always VERY clean. Reasonably priced. Just wished there was better signage for mask wearing, especially since Moscow is still under a mask mandate. Only about half of the customers wear masks and it makes me a little uncomfortable. I do appreciate the disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer provided though.

Dryer look new but dont work no heat so becarful you be wasting money thinking dryers work when they dont

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT!!!They hire college students to “clean” and give a really bad customer service.I’ve come 3 times to this place and I was lucky the first 2 times, those 2 times there was always people complaining either because the machine are not doing what the machine is supposed to do or because the machine will take their money and there’s no way you will get your refund . Those were red flags and still I gave it a chance and I came back today ...giving 1 star just because there is not 0 stars. Today One customer talked to the person that was cleaning, the customer told the cleaning guy that the machine took his money the person cleaning in a bad manner told the customer he couldn’t do anything but that he could call to complain. Welll my clothes are still dry after washing 2 loads for $2.75 each.You have to call customer service to complain and we’ll let’s say they are busy.

Ive not used a Laundry mat for years so have nothing to compare with other ones available today.. The facility was clean neat and inviting. The machines worked well. They had a separate room with fire place folding tables and other tables chairs, drink and snack machines, and a nice clean bathroom. Was very impressed.

Love Sudzees. Washers and dryers are always in good repair. Love that they have the debit card option now. Wi-Fi is reliable there too.Four stars because of parking. Very minimal parking and is located on a very busy part of town.

I love this laundromat. Its clean, there are a plethora of washers and dryers to choose from, and I dont have to wear a useless face diaper. 10/10 will continue to use this laundromat

Several customers were not wearing masks, and there is no one on-site to enfore mask wearing. Puts you in a very uncomfortable, potentially unsafe position. I would recommend doing your laundry elsewhere for now, especially as COVID infections are at an all-time high, including in Latah County.

Love to do laundry only thing we dont like is the transgender male/female comes everytime we are there and has some big story and needs laundry money goes thru asks everyone then away it goes and does no laundry

I love that they have that little section for kiddos because it helps parents out a lot just wish the toys were cleaner.I have been coming here for two years and it is the cleanest laundromat I have been to. I do appreciate how clean it is but the children’s area is another story. I have noticed that the blocks and puzzles are sticky and gooey with dirt. The blocks have multiple layers of dirts and the stuffed animals are also very dirty. My daughter loves to play with the toys but they have gotten more and more dirty over the months.

Its extremely clean and very decently priced! Location was also good. Coming from the Coeur d Alene area this was very nice also the 24 hours open is nice. The only thing I didnt like was almost every inch of the walls had a please do not sign hanging up. Other than that its a great place obviously ran by people who care about their business and customers.

If I could leave just one story would I just walked in there this morning and the owner stopped me at the front door says NO Wait what are you doing you can’t be in here in less...... well only customers can use the restroom here and you don’t have any clothes I said yes I do I have clothes in my backpack . So I use the bathroom decided I wasn’t going to do my laundry there so I bought a soda on the way out and she yelled at me when I left saying no that’s not good enough only people who do their laundry here could use the bathroom!!! Then Her husband started cursing at me as I was leaving calling me things I can’t say on here.I suggest you take your laundry elsewhere because the owners don’t care about The people of Moscow Or their children.

This laundromat was by far the best laundromat we ever been to. All the appliances were new or modern. Very clean. Nice seating area with a spot for kids. Tv with a dvd on repeat for kids. And they have WiFi too!

Owners are amazing, its awesome that its 24/7 but the environment has become unpleasant in the past two months because of other customers. From abusing the limits of the machines; leaving items, leaving dirt behind, washing with powder and leaving residue. In my last visit, I was about to wash my clothes and there was a profound poop smell from the washer. Its more of a clientele issue than owner issue

This laundromat is regularly kept clean and there is a bathroom for public use that is also kept clean. There is parking right out front including a handicap spot as well as laundry baskets readily available to unload. The change machine is always working as well as the laundry soap purchasing dispenser. This laundromat has the largest machines for rugs and comforters in the entire area.

I have yet to use the laundry services at Sud Zees Laundry LLC, but, want to say that I called the phone number shown & the owner answered. My question on the size of the washing machines was answered, and other useful information was given. I was thoroughly pleased and will use the laundry.I found the map along with the address & cross streets very useful.I have used the machines at Sud Zees after my original post, and had great success.

Great place to do laundry, but there were a ton of flies in the seating area.

We were visiting the area and used this laundromat 2 or 3 times during our stay. This facility is quite large, well lit and well maintained; they even have vending machines and clean bathrooms although no attendant on duty (I think these days no attendant is the norm). I gave this facility 4 stars for one reason only: the quarter slot for the stacked dryers are in the same location - its up to you to select the upper or lower dryer. Seems simple enough but theory didnt prevent me from selecting the wrong dryer multiple times with NO COIN RETURN!! 😲 I hate to admit I made the same error multiple times and dumped more than a couple $$s into someone elses dryer. Despite that, if youre in need of fresh laundry from a nice clean place, this is the place to visit in Moscow, Idaho.

Amazing laundromat! It is one of the cleanest laundromats Ive been to and there are plenty of big washers and dryers. It has a lovely seating area, free WiFi, and a good amount of folding tables. The employee who was working was very attentive and helpful.

A nice laundromat located downtown. Laundry is inexpensive, and clean for the most part. There arent a ton of machines, so Sunday laundry is tough. It has a space for kids, and decent WiFi for adults.

Easily the cleanest and best maintained laundromat Ive ever been in. Commercial washers are $5.25 to $7.00. Regular machines are $2.00. Dryers are a quarter for 7 minutes and work extremely well. Only complaint is that the WiFi appears to be intermittent.

I used to drive from Pullman even to do our laundry here. Bathrooms, Wi-Fi, kids tv, kids play area, books, magazines. So not your typical laundromat!!!

3 larger washers for $5,$7.Good heat in the dryers. No bleach in machine though. Over all nice place.

Well kept and expensive. They even have a phone number posted to call if a machine eats your quarters. Which I have called and left a message on several times and received no response.

Saved our butt. Clean nice machines, kids big and small can watch cartoons 24/7. Limited parking is the only drawback.

I always go to Sudzees, its the nicest laundry in the Moscow / Pullman area.

This laundromat is awesome they still have washing machines that use a lot of water which is rare.

Clean and decently priced. However it has been very difficult to receive a response for a refund. (A machine took $4 in quarters and then wouldnt take anymore to start the cycle.)

Although a little cramp, this is one of the best in the area. The machines are reliable and mostly up-to-date. Wi-fi and a variety of vending machines are available.

Washers and driers will eat your money and poorly function occasionally (or not at all). If you call the phone number they provide and provide then with the information they ask, nothing will come of it. Hit or miss laundromat, if you can find a better option I suggest you stick with it.
