They did not empty my recycling bin because, someone walking by put a plastic cup in the bin. There was no notice or reason as to why they did not empty the bin on or around the bin. I call to find out why and asked them if they could please empty the bin. It did not happen the next day as I was told it would be, so I had to call again and I was told then that there was contaminates in the can and they did not even drive by to verify this the second time. If they are going to check to see if there are any contaminates in it and it is only 1 cup why do they not go that little extra and take the cup out. I have never seen any recycling company as picky as Latah Sanitation.

Ive been a resident of Genesee for a few years. Genesee uses Latah county sanitation. They forgot to pick up my garbage twice for the month of April and once in March. The garbage guy literally slowed down to my garbage can and then just drove off...twice! Then proceeded to pick up my neighbors garbage. Im about to put an arrow for a visual indicator to the driver, or maybe some runway lights to help guide the guy. I called Latah sanitation a few times with out answer. The city sent an email to someone, but that didnt fix the issue.

Was in and out quickly and the cashier gave our three fur babies a treat!

In 3 years of living at 1 residence, there has been around 20 times that my garbage has been neglected by the garbage pickup crew, even though it was on the curb. I might as well just take out my own garbage if this is how their professionalism is demonstrated.
