I am very happy with Redingers customer service. I called in to ask advice on purchasing a starting capacitor part for my AC unit. Erik quickly told me they have the part I needed and gave me advice on safely replacing the faulty capacitor. When I showed up to buy it, he tracked down the piece and gave me a fair price.

Our AC stopped working during a heat wave. They where quick to come and quick to fix. Very thankful for their fast and excellent service!

Called and said the air conditioner was not working. Was told that they would be in the area tomorrow anyway and would stop by. Turned out it was just a five dollar blown fuse received a bill for $105. And here they were in the area anyway doing other calls!

Redinger Heating was great. They came out right away when they realized we did not have an alternative heat source and got us up and running. Great company.

In Mid September, I waited an hour after our scheduled appointment time to call and find out the receptionist never added our appointment to the calender. Tyson showed up 6 hours later, suggested heating and cooling systems for our new home, and said hed send a quote to our e-mail. We waited a couple of weeks and when nothing came through, I called again to ask about the hold up on our quote. I was told by a gentleman hed get to the bottom of it and call me back within the hour. It has been a week and a half since! Nobody Ever followed up with us! It is now mid October!!! They have wasted Much of our time being Flaky and have surely lost our business!!!

Tyson came to the property Im renting very quickly, explained what the problems were with my hot water heater and what needed to be done to fix them. He was very thoughtful about coming and going from someones living space and took off his muddy boots that only got muddy from my flooded unfinished basement. 5 stars. Easy

Tyson is the best HVAC person I’ve experienced in my 51 years. Explains mechanics and how to diagnose issues. Also enjoy chatting about life with him.

Got a quote in May to install a gas range. Weve had the gas range ready to go since then. Its currently December 13th and they still havent made time to come and hook it up even though the guys told me it would only be about 2 weeks when we got the bid. Every time Ive called theyve said yep, you are on the list! but refused to give me any type of idea of when they could take time to come do it. Having someone else do the job now because waiting 8 months to do a job that will maybe take a few hours is a little bit ridiculous. Will be sending our business elsewhere.

We were impressed by the amount of time spent with us by Tom before he even knew whether we would go with Redinger or not. He listened to what we wanted in a mini-split heating and air conditioning system along with changing our electric hot water heater to gas and gave extremely helpful, cost effective suggestions. He and his crew were very professional and got the job done in an efficient, timely manner. The mini-splits look amazing and our familys quality of life is so much better this summer! They did extra things without increasing the charge and gave advice that was much to our benefit. The office manager was very helpful and we were given paperwork by Redinger to make the process of getting high efficiency rebates we had coming more simple. A couple weeks after installation, we had a question about something and one of the crew came to our home the same day to answer it. Tom has repeatedly said to let him know if we have any questions or concerns. We feel confident in the work done and believe we are truly valued as a customer. Our monthly bills are lower and our whole family is thrilled with the comfort level. The price was fabulous. Thank you, Redinger!

We had just moved into our new house and the furnace was acting up. They came out after hours and figured out the problem. They came back the next day and fixed it right up for us! Friendly and efficient!

We went for the whole package (new furnace, new central AC, new water heater). I was concerned at first with Redinger Heating because the quote was not as detailed as the other companies, and the person who came to give the estimate didnt spend much time at the house. But the people in the office were very easy to work with, the work was done on time and professionally, all the paperwork went smoothly, and the bill contained no surprises. I highly recommend them!

They replaced my gas fireplace. It took several MONTHS from the time they came and measured until the time it was installed. One month of that alone was me constantly calling and asking them when the installation appointment would be. They had the fireplace ready to go and just kept putting off the installation. There was snow on the ground, and I was very cold. When they finally were ready to install it (I had to threaten using another company), they didnt want to work around my schedule despite needing 3 hours of my time. Would never recommend this company.

Quoted me on a major repair the same day for a Trane AC unit and scheduled the work 2 days later. Super professional, reliable, and extremely reasonable price for the work. Quoted me $750 for a job that other places quoted at $1500+. Final bill was $880 with tax included (well within range.) Quality of work was second to none. Wow - what a GREAT company! I called for service on an A/C unit on Monday morning, thinking Redinger could be out later in the week; nope - they came out the same day! And, the service professional fixed the problem in under a half hour. When I received the invoice I was equally impressed - it was only $100!I would highly recommend Redinger Heating to anyone on the Palouse - they provide outstanding service!

Great customer service, the service agent who came to my house to repair my furnace was very detail-oriented and knowledgeable of his profession. He explained everything that was going on with the heating and why it was not working, orderd the parts and it was fixed in no time.

Tyson was very helpful and courteous. Enjoyed talking with him. AC is working.

Tom did a great job of installing a large, heavy fireplace in my living room. It was difficult to get it inside, but he did so with care to my railings and floors. He was thorough and tidy, and the installed fireplace is great.

Redinger responded to my message promptly and arrived at my house on time. I was pleased that the only thing that needed fixing was a quick vacuum of the interior of the furnace. The repairman was in my house all of 15 minutes. When I asked for a bill, he said hed send an invoice, leaving me with no indication of the charges. I received a bill for $80 and was shocked at the rate. This should have been made clear prior to the completion of the service. I was very frustrated and felt taken advantage of, especially after the repairman seemed so accommodating and friendly.

Awesome customer service! Just bought a new house, they identified our unit as one they installed! He knew the house, knew the system, and quickly trouble shooted over the phone. He got us in the day I called, came early and left us with tips for being efficient as well as information for the future. The only thing we arent sure on is how much the bill will be, but awesome customer service!

We shopped around extensively for the best value. After going with Redinger, we knew we made the right choice. Theyre friendly, they do quality work, and they came up with a perfect solution to a somewhat complicated HVAC puzzle involving our duplex. Couldnt be happier with Redinger!

5 Stars. - We Chose Redinger Heating & Cooling In Moscow, Idaho this year to do our annual heat pump check-up and service. I called on Friday afternoon to make an appointment. The serviceman, Jeremy, arrived on Monday morning to perform the service. Jeremy very thoroughly checked and serviced the unit. He also corrected some items that would have possibly caused us problems in the future. We are very happy with our first experience with Redingers and especially with the service that Jeremy performed. The cost of the service was also very reasonable. Called a tech out to check my furnace, they worked on it once, and I was still having problems. So I called them out again, and again they came out and worked on the furnace, and again it was not fixed. They were scheduled to be there at 9am, and didnt shoe up until after 130. Then the office is locked during business hours and no one has answers the phone. I called gropp electric and they came out and found a faulty wire and had it fixed.
