Called to see if they did propane refills and was told they do. Show up with my tank to get filled and am told that no one is there that is certified to fill tanks and not sure when anyone will be available. If your going to offer a service maybe think of properly staffing so you can actually provide that service.

Feb 5 we rented a sheetrock jack from Hahn in Moscow for $25 for 24 hours. Hahn employees loaded it in our pickup. We returned it within the 24-hour period and then got a call that we were going to be charged an additional $25 because the cable was frayed. We only used it to put up THREE pieces of sheetrock. We noticed the cable looked frayed but it came that way to us. Hahn is scamming people. If you rent anything from them, you had better inspect it first. They should have to maintain their rental equipment. Beware!This issue was resolved satisfactorily. Thank you.

Needed propane for a bbq only place I thought was open was uhaul. Called and they said yeah come on over. Got there and they told me I had to wait 20 minutes because they were on lunch... Driving home I saw a tank out side of Hahn and they were so great! Came right out to help, filled the tank and were super friendly. So glad we noticed and stopped! We will definitely be going back! Support the businesses that actually care to have your business! Way to go Hahn!
