My car broke down on my way home from working a 10 hour shift. Alternator went out. Had to have it towed back home. Gave these guys a call and they came out right away. Very nice, very professional. Would recommend and use them again if I had to. Hopefully I won’t. But happy to know their service is there if I need it.

They never came and the guy kept saying he was almost at my house.The comparison between Morton Towing and this Ace High in Bloomington couldn’t be farther apart.Comparison reminds me of comparing white and black, Oil and water, Jesus and the Devil, Trump and Hillary, Mr. Rogers and Howard Stern, Capitalism and Communism, FOX NEWS and MSDNC, Rush Limbaugh and Jake Tapper, etc.

I have been very blessed in the fact that it took until I was 29 yrs old before I ever needed to be towed. But, the night that I got towed was a night of many firsts for me. On this particular night, my car broke down, started smoking, an officer pulled over with his lights flashing and called me a tow truck. I was sobbing on the phone with my insurance company trying to figure out if my insurance was going to be able to cover the charge of the tow. I live pay check to pay check and couldnt afford a tow right before my car payment was due. The officer called this tow company and I couldnt have been happier with the service I received. At first, it was a little rough because I was extremely emotional. I didnt know where I was, I was out of town, and I didnt know how far it was going to be until I could get home. Lou picked me up, took me 25 miles back to where I needed to be, and managed to calm me down in a way that was extremely professional and knowledagble. He even gave me options as to why my car couldve broken down in the first place. I was overwhelmed and at my weakest moment on the road, Lou was amazing. Would refer this tow truck company to anyone who asks! 5 stars isnt enough!!

God send?? I think so! They went above and beyond when my van was totaled after hitting a deer while driving thru!

My wife called this company for a tow all the way in Peoria Heights and within just a couple hours he had towed our van to the designated dealership and was able to take our payment over the phone. He was incredibly professional and answered all our questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Called on a holiday and they were more than happy to tow our truck. No higher price because of holiday. Gentleman was very nice. I would recommend to others.

This place is a rip-off. The SUV was damaged and they picked it up at 10:30pm, took it 10 blocks to their shop. Called 8am the next day and asked them to take it to Grimms. 8.5 hours later they got it there after 16 blocks and an overnight stay. Total cost: $320. This company is a RIP off. Even the insurance company rolled their eyes when they heard about it. Morton PD needs to cut ties
