Everything went as planned. Reserved a trac steer and trailer. Picked up on time and was only going to use it for 4 hrs, but went over. Called Brad and got it for the rest of the day. Equipment was in good working order and had no problem at check out. Will definitely go back again.

American Rental really came through for me - excellent customer service. I had to forgotten to make a deposit to reserve a bouncy house for a mothers day weekend party and therefore lost my slot. However, American Rental was able to help me out in a pinch with a returned bouncy-house that just needed to be dried off. Great staff, great prices, I couldnt be happier!

Brett helped create a configuration of tents that worked with the special specifications of the venue, which resulted in a beautiful and functional layout. Ive used Morton Rentals a few times now for equipment needs and have had an excellent experience every time. I recently had a piece of their equipment break down on me on a time sensitive job and they had a mechanic (one of the owners of the company!) out within the hour and I was back up and going within two hours and they extended my rental for free. Excellent place for all your equipment needs.

Ive always not good service here I take care of me almost every time but you should be open till 6 just some people dont get off work till 5 and then they cant come get stuff because you are closed

Excellent Service, clean equipment, no draining your wallet with add on fees. Trailers are super easy to load with drop down rear ramp plus a side door. Jacks on sight for returning after hours. No need to lift trailer off the ball and drop it on the ground, a big issue with competition. Walk in easy head clearance.Their staff is amazing. I had a lot of issues come up with my move and they helped me find solutions! Accommodation for my handicap issues went above and beyond. They saved my move and my sanity! They also saved me money because I could fit more stuff, make fewer trips, and easy loading meant faster loading & unloading and stuff did not get damaged in route.I think I used them 5 times in 8 weeks. When I tried the national brand, it cost me more money and I had problems 70% of the time.Well maintained equipment, caring, professional & knowledgeable staff. Very accommodating!

We had a quote from american rental for our wedding. We just found out morton rental bought american rental. We were quoted at around $1500 we go in today and they say they can work with us and them working with us is $3200. They are telling us its because there stuff is 5 times safer so that makes the prices triple and even quadruple for the dance floor. So now we have to find a new place with only 7 months till our wedding and with a tight budget already morton rental may very well have just ruined our wedding will be telling all our friends and family about this!!!!!Update! They ended up honoring the old prices after lengthy talks and a meeting with the owners.
