For transporters: total disorder with saled cars. In the office - nobody care to help you. For sure you will loose your time here, from 1 hour and up. Be careful, call here before to ask if the vehicle are ready. Office clerks sent me to look the car in the parking lot. Check couple times. I am asked the clerks to help to find the car couple times, finally when I was ready to leave and they were almost closed, they were find out that the car is not here, car in a storage in the dealership yard, and even nobody knows what and where the dealership is.

Not a good place. I bought few units one day. All of the sudden auction picked the two lowest miles best condition report and took back and canceled that sale without any explanation. I inquired I was given a run around. Looks like some buyer there was shopping my units after the sale and picking and choosing what they want and someone on the inside was accomodating to them at my expense.I had my purchased cars taken out for shipoping. few days out in there parking lot and all my cars their catalytic converters cut out and stolen

I am driver for a dealership and this is one of the easiest auction lots to get in get the cars and get out of. If I cant find the car right away, they wl send someone out and bring it right to me.😁

WORSE AUCTION TO BUY THE CARS FROM AS THEY ARE FULL OF CROOKS. THE MANAGER AND IF BID DEPARTMENT GUY TRY TO SELL THEIR CAR TO THEIR OWN PEOPLE. WE HAD A IF BID AND THE PRICE WE WANTED TO PAY FOR DIDNT TAKE IT AFTER THE GUY NAME STEVE CALLED FROM CELL PHONE SO IT DONT GET RECORDED AND SOLD WITH OUR OFFERED PRICE TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO WAS THEIR FRIEND. COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER AND TURN OUT OF STEVE AGAIN. WE WERE NOT CRAZY FOR THE CAR. BUT ITS JUST UPSETTING BY HOW THEY PLAY GAMES FOR THEIR EXTRA POCKET MONEY. SO GUYS CALL STEVE AS HE WILL MAKE DEALS FOR YOU IF U PAY HIM SOME EXTRA MONEY UNDER THE TABLE.

Buyer beware of this auto auction. I purchased an escape on OVE when the vehicle got here the rear head rest, spare tire cover and other items were taken out of the car to the cost of over 800.00the auction refused to cover items and returned my buy fee of 295.00 leaving me to take the hit on the rest. This is the worst experience I have had in 22 years of business with an auto auction. Not to mention it took over a week just to have them tell me that.
