Daily there from my job

There are better ways of handling the trash that goes to our land field. One thing is for the Country to get its residents blue recycling cans so those products dont in up in the land field.Why dont we have a recycling center? With mandatory recycling like most of our nieghboring states.

This place is a dump.

Its a county dump. You drop your stuff off and go on your way. There are a lot of 1 star reviews on here because of the short hours. I would like to remind everyone that posted those that this is a public service, paid for put of the countys tax revenue. That means there is a tight budget based off the tax dollars allocated to providing this service, and one of the ways to stay under budget it to cut payroll. Fewer payroll hours means shorter operating hours. Perhaps funding for education or roads should be cut, and added to budget for waste service. Or even better, the county should raise taxes!

Over charging for trash

This damn place is only good for people that DONT work during the week!!! The people that actually work and lucky enough to get a weekend off cant even get rid of there junk know wonder this county has so much trash all over!

I had no problem when i went as long as you live in the county and have household waste you can be in and out in no time. If you dont then you have to give them information on what your dumping and then pay still not a bad place.

I would like to thank you for locking the gate @ 3:45 on the dot and lookin me in the eyes and shaking your head like I might not have gotten the hint as I pull up with my truck full of trash on my only day off! Your a real ASSet to our county. Please keep up the good work. Your a awesome person!!!!!! going the extra mile!!!

11:30 on Saturday. Dont be a minute late. While I understand its the weekend when the people that work here want to be at home, this is also the only day for people who do not work for the city to make a run, and 11:30 is way too early to get rid of your yardsale leftovers. Could they not stay open ONE full day on the weekend?

This is supposed to be a public service. But its not open during hours that are convenient for the general public. They used to be open until 4, but now the lazy sons close at 3:45. Get somebody in there that knows how to run things like a professional.

Never had a good experience with this so called public service.
