Third time using Bill to do major yardwork around my house. 2014, 2016 & 2019. Done everything from retaining walls(2x60, 3x60, 4x50 w/steps & a 4x100 w/steps), over 1000 sq. ft. paver patio in rear yard with fire pit, a paver walkway with several curves to front door. In addition they adjusted grading to move water away from house, then added a variety of plants/shrubs/mulch & stone to put the finishing touch to the job. Bill and the crew at Grandview installed our patio and back steps close to 10 years ago. We have had no issues over the years and have really enjoyed the patio. Recently, I noticed two stones at the top of our steps we sinking a bit. I contacted Bill, he put in a work order and they came by. As it turned out, it had nothing to do with their workmanship. It was thousands of tiny ants that made a home underneath the steps. The gentleman who came to fix the steps was friendly but professional and did a thorough job. All good. Excellent masonry and landscape company. I called them on a Friday with a post-flash-flood emergency, and they came early the next week to make some adjustments to my patio to prevent flooding in my house. Bill and his crew came on time when they said they would, were pleasant to work with, and did what they promised. I also REALLY appreciated the fact they had a real live person answering the phone both times I called. We had them back for some grading and landscape work afterwords (installing a berm and new drainage system) and that was done very well too.

We had a serious water issue in our home, and received a quote of over $50,000 to remediate it.My wife was given Bills name (and his company Grandview Landscaping), and he visited with us. After a thorough inspection, he questioned if we needed all the work that was suggested by the first quote.Bill recommended that we take it one step at a time, and determine where the water issue was coming from.Long story short - Bill determined that we had two issues (not 6), and was able to provide solutions to these two issues for a fraction of the cost (less than $15,000). Lighting fast service and estimates!

First they are not located at 66 Maple Ave Morristown. Second they don’t cut grass from what the owner says they send you to a local person that when you have issues grandview days they are not affiliated with them.
