Had cashmere blankets embroidered at Williams Sonoma home and the work was HORRIBLE. I had to reorder and had the embroidery done here... absolutely perfect. And yes, I’m picky. Beyond the quality ... the staff is super responsive and helpful. Design support and super communicative. Had a last minute school project and they went above and beyond to get it done ...AND ...stayed open late to accommodate my availability for a pickup. Definitely my go to. Have referred many folks —all happy.

I made the mistake of going with one of the online big box screen printers and they ended up causing a delay. I had to rush over to FP and they got all my printing done well before I told them I needed it by, which was only 3 days later. I highly recommend them and will certainly be a return customer.
