Pathetic, waiting on 2 day express delivery of perishable package from within our own country. its now been a full week and still not delivered. their stock price deserves to drop like lead balloon as the market anticipates quarterly earnings report. with such nonsense just what delivery service can be relied upon these days? whats even worst is 4 days ago calling 800 number, I finally got through to a real human being, sounded like he was in India, no-not Indiana, India, and sounded as though he was reading from a script. assured me package would be tracked and I would be called with update and delivery progress. that was 4 days ago and the phone has not rung. its too bad these review comments cannot be posted with no stars. I know in school if my performance was as poor as the the current state of service by FedEx I would not have received any gold stars.

Could not drop off at Walgreens as usual because of problem with label. Went to FedEx Ship Center. They fixed problem by printing a new label.

John Brandon was excellent help getting return label printed and package ready to ship.

Website said they ship bikes but when I went into the location and inquired I was quickly informed they didnt have a bike box and they suggested UPS instead??

Don’t lean a heavy piece of workout equipment being delivered against a garage door because you won’t take it a few steps further to set it on the porch. I don’t want my garage door or car dented, I don’t want item to break when I raise garage door and it fails to the ground, and most importantly I don’t want anyone getting hurt. Safety and standards should be top priorities of fedex and it appears that it isn’t. And FYI this came from either the Morristown Tn store or one in Knoxville Tn.

Normally not very impressed with the help of these part stores...But these guys were extremely helpful...and actually had knowledge of cars... not just computer guys.very helpful and friendly..

I shouldnt say I disliked this location because they can always get me in and out. They are very friendly and I like that. What I didnt like is they arent wearing masks. No protective barriers. With all this Covid spreading around it would be nice to see that. UPS down the road they wear thier mask.

What kind of shipping company doesn’t have boxes? Employee was rude and not careful with my item.

Pkg trk# 3956 4777 3166 was to be delivered to our door per instructions. We live in a rural area and our mailbox is about a city block away. Pkg was on the ground, almost in the roadway, next to our mailbox but when I called your automated system it informed me that it was delivered to our door AND THEN cut me off. I was not able to speak to a human being. Worst service ever. And, may I add, that the delivery was an item that cost over $100.

I strongly dislike FedEx. Whenever using fedex or send or receive something, its ALWAYS late. Never fails. Im only giving 2 stars because nothing has ever been damaged. But if I have a choice, I always use UPS. Their word is much more reliable.

The FedEx driver Jason Monday delivered (sort of) a package to me on Saturday, June 11,2020 by carelessly pitching my package into the ditch on my property. Had my neighbor not witnessed it I would have never found my $120 package!!! If he had trouble backing into my driveway he had options, my cell was available to call or simply take package back to delivery center or leave with neighbor but to just toss it out like garbage was not a professional option. I was very disappointed in FedEx. And Jason Mondays attitude was a far cry from professional.

Fork lift operators obviously need extreme training. Every delivery we receive through is damaged. Apparently their drug test policy is non existent . Know several that are employed there, no way would recent employees pass a drug screen. That probably explains all the damaged merchandise and poor customer service. There are far better shippers out there that still believe the customers is still number one. Hate to say it but we have dealt with FedEx for years thought we were valued customers. Boy were we wrong. Never again FedEx. Your new guys have costed us to much. We are officially done with FedEx .

Did not receive my cold insulin package on time, tracking said it was on its way @ 4:05 pm and was due to be here no later than 4:30 pm . Fifteen minutes later it wasnt going to be delivered because of inclement weather . I paid alot of money for that particular package and it will not be here within the time, and insulin is to be kept cold or it will go bad. And I called and found our dog some insulin which I went and picked up. VERY displeased with the service!!!!

Employee needs to handle one person at a time, not stop in the middle of helping a customer due to the fact that a customer has come in that the employee has serviced before. It is very unprofessional to treat a customer that way.

Really easy to ship all of my loan docs through here. Never any issues with picking up legal paks or shipping labels.

I went to 3 places listing FedEx as a place for shipping. 2 of them couldnt ship my package, an the other location was 45 minutes away. Go UPS!

This isnt the first time fedex has lost a package for me, either the dropped it off at another house or just didnt deliever, have called them plenty of times and still nothing, their drivers and employees need to relearn how to handle customers packages and have GPS in all trucks so they deliever to the right place, thank you fedex for ruining christmas this year, i will make sure that my family and friends do not use your company

FedEx left a package of pictures on my porch while it was raining. I was home, and never once did my doorbell ring? All the pictures were ruined because pictures and rain do not mix.

Ordered a package out of Indianapolis. Two weeks after I ordered the part it went to Utah then North Carolina. I live in Tennessee. Its like they dont want to deliver it or something.

Ordered a laptop from HP. Box was badly damaged and laptop was broken. Lady at Morris Blvd location told me there was nothing they could do, I would have to call HP. Never took pictures or anything. Just scanned it and was rude about it.Called HP and asked them to ship my replacement by UPS.

This Review was made 3 years ago and since then they have really pulled through for me. I really dont mind seeing them delivering something for me now! **Fedex is by far the worst delivery company ever invented. I ordered something on the 30th of november and they have made no attempt to ever deliver it. THIS COMPANY SUCKS!** Just a note I dont feel this way about them any longer!
