Horrible experience with Molly Maid of Lyndhurst/Nutley mid June 2021. They showed up 90 minutes early, which is actually rather annoying when you discuss a time in advance for a reason. They also were booked for 2 hours and then 2 hours in told me they needed another hour, and based on the state of the house I clearly had no choice. But then, worst of all, after they had left I noticed the underneath of my sink was soaked and the interior crawl space underneath was soaked for more than 5+ gallons of water they had used to mop the floors. Had to crawl in there to remove the soaked and collapsed insulation and the water. Investigated myself and then had a plumber come out, and we werent able to find anything wrong at all. No idea how this happened. Its almost as if the cleaning person intentionally dumped the nasty dirty mop water UNDERNEATH the kitchen sink, instead of into it. Plumbers commented that theyve heard and seen this before. Apparently its a thing. The extra hour + the plumber + the cleanup = cost me exponentially more than anticipated. Would 100% NOT hire Molly Maid again.

Communication regarding changes to CDC recommended cleaning products and assurances that staff would be wearing masks, gloves and taking other precautions (they were!) made us comfortable to restart service after an extended break during the quarantine. Team 4 is pleasant and friendly. They move pretty quickly yet thoroughly thru the house. Took us a long time to make the decision to have a service, now glad we have them and look forward to their visit. Allows us time to do fun things with friends and family. They will concentrate on any area that needs extra, just ask.

Team 2 cleaned our home after we had postponed our scheduled cleanings for several weeks. Needless to say it was overdo for a good cleaning. The ladies inquired what we wanted addressed and got right to work. We were very pleased with the outcome and have decided to resume our scheduled cleanings as well as some projects throughout our home.

The Molly Maids have been coming to my house for several years. If you are worried about using a chain service- dont be! They have always been thorough, punctual, efficient, honest, and trustworthy. The manager of the team is a delightful lady named Vanessa. If you have any issues, she responds as quickly as possible. On June 6, 2019, the ladies had a flat tire so they came to my house later than usual (Team 4). Rather than rushing through the job because they were already behind, they did a better job than ever. I called Vanessa to offer them the well deserved praise.I strongly suggest you give the Morristown Molly Maids a try

Pricey. Was $280 to clean my small apartment for 2.5 hours. But they did do a good job. Wiped down all of my dusty moulding, which I thought was a good detail. Cleaned floors and my stairs. Took out the garbage and even the old food in my fridge. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 cause of the price. I think $150 plus a tip would have been sufficient.

Charged me $50 to reschedule a service. Unreal. Additionally, they dont do your windows, they barely clean the shower (they spray the walls with something and then rinse it), and it is a glorified dusting/vacuum service. You want to get your stove cleaned or shower tile scrubbed, its extra. Not worth the $190 plus theyll charge you.
