STELLAR SERVICE! We phoned from two states away, needing someone to pack and ship a large item for us. Not only did they do that, they coordinated with the person dropping the item off, did a wonderful job securing the item, and getting out the door. Hands down, the best UPS store Ive ever encountered. Patty and her team and simply the best, bar none!

Drove there today(Sat) to mail a package to Canada. Both employees said Its a lot of paperwork, can you come back on Monday?I was kind of shocked that they did not wish to bother with this. A package to Canada is no big deal, requires one short form. If could give them a zero review I would since its a 45 min drive each way from home.....thats an hour and a half Ill never get back. Never again....

Not helpful. Borderline incompetent and then full of rude attitude when their mistakes and “accidental” overcharging was pointed out to them. Will not use again.

The manager at this location is not only super sweet (you can literally hear the smile in her voice over the phone), but VERY helpful & efficient. She assisted me with a re-route of a package and not only helped solve my problem, but took on doing the legwork herself; making it nearly effortless on my end. Thank you again for your assistance!

Great staff! I had to pick up 2 big cases full with gear that I needed for a video shoot early next morning. They close shop at 6:30pm, and I was 1/2 hour late (was driving from Nashville, and was confused by timezone difference). Preston waited for me, and I was able to get my gear. UPS Store charges $10 to notarize one document! That is way too much! Most banks are free. I will never use their service again at that price. It is up to the notary public to charge or not and for them to charge that much is just ripping off customers.

Today i went in the store to return some things from amazon. I had 3 separate items and had them in boxes, not taped up. I went in hoping i could get some help putting the labels on the boxes and taping them up (i had no tape) ive never returned anything before so wasnt sure what i was doing. Anyway.....i walked in with my 3 boxes and this very sweet blonde lady took my boxes and did it ALL for me. I was so excited! Lol. She was great and it was a great experience. Thank you!
