The good reviews are FAKE! I applied to a position they have available. They kept calling me saying the same thing and asking the same questions. I spoke to Kathleen and then Carly. They interviewed me and then told me I had the position. I guess I was overly qualified because they seemed resistant about paying me for my experience in the IT field.So long story short they hired someone else and I guess that person didnt workout so now theyre calling and texting me. I dont know if discrimination was involved but this place is extremely disorganized and will disappoint you when they make promises to you. Personally I do not think they had the position to begin with. After they contacted me about the position being available again they ghosted me ONCE AGAIN! What reputable company or agency does that!???

Ask any contractor who worked for IG in NJ and NY: They all hated working for them. If you are looking for a company to provide staff, there is a selection of firms out there which treat their contractors better.

Eager to get you in the door because they work on commission but after that its impossible to get a hold of anyone. Would not recommend unless you have time to spare.

I keep my resume posted on multiple sites just for social reasons or to keep my options open because you never know what can happen in today’s job market & I’m glad I did . It starts with two names, that’s Ana Doyle & Sydney Shilan from Insight Global in Morristown N.J, who I look at as two hardworking people who gets the job done in a timely manner, with superb negotiating skills . I say negotiating skills because they negotiated my salary with Human Resources for the new job position(also permanent position) before I was even hired. It was times I couldn’t even make very distant interviews do to my difficult schedule so they negotiated phone interviews & scheduled face to face interviews that help my schedule as well as management in the best way. Second, there communication skills are on point ! Whether it’s through email, text & phone calls. I dealt with job agency’s before in the past, but the efficiency at this location was beyond my expectations. With that said, I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this location.
