This company is by far the worst staffing agency I have come across. I can’t begin to tell you how much they cheat there account managers service delivery staff. They don’t pay, over work each and every employee with limited to no support. Almost all your money is based on salary with almost 0 commission. As an example they pay you out for a hire one time after 2-3 months of continued billing. So that means if you start someone on 9/1 and they work till 11/1 and convert Artech won’t pay you. The people who do your finances sit in india and are recent village grads with limited to 0 understanding but are trusted because they always calculate a lesser payout then a worker deserves. Weekly if you generate 10,000 a week in Gm your payout will amount to 200-300 As a onetime pay out and same out in a recurring structure. So imagine you generate 40k a month and you will see no more than 200 if your lucky. Leadership is running a sweatshop who undervalue each day and treat you like they do you a favor by giving 0 commission under 40k salary. Stay away from this company

I have never had an issue with Artech. They get you in fairly quickly, they dont have much of any issues with getting back to you if you need help or have a question... This company is a great company and really not a scam. Artech also has very helpful staff.

Artech FREQUENTLY sends emails telling me about their clients who are seeking someone with IT experience. I am a retired chemical manufacturing engineer who stopped working more than 12 years ago. I dont want to work more than 2 days per week locally to my home doing non-engineering support type work (ie... a retirement job). They frequently send me emails requesting I apply to IT type work more than 600 miles from my home. My on line resumes (all of the boards) clearly indicate in bold, underlined words that I am retired, willing to work 2 days per week locally and doing only support work.Artech recruiters either cant read or are too lazy to read. They also dont get it when told to stop writing. This is a BAD company which should not be in business.

Mona Sawani with Artech is one of the most down to earth people. She has a very caring and light hearted nature. One of the rare few who actually care about others and I really enjoy her personality.

We called after having a computer in the office go down. Larry responded quickly, very professional !! He came to our location in less than an hour, determined that he would have to take the computer to work on and AMAZINGLY he came back first thing the next morning with the repaired computer !! He set it back up and made sure it was running correctly before he left. He was EXTREMELY professional and courteous !! Bolton Air would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company !! They have become our new IT tech gurus !!

The onboarding process is fairly simple. The only thing about this agency is you have to be sure to contact them in order to stay in the loop about jobs. If youre persistent with them you can get in. Throughout the hiring process they are pretty easy to get a hold of and fairly professional.

They send useless, unsolicited emails. The emails describe services that dont match what they advertise on their website. The emails give the impression that they are begging. Very unprofessional; greasy.

After taking resume, They dont reaponse.

I got emails for irrelevant jobs from distant locations. They ignore my unsubscribe requests.

Completely unprofessional. After my interview I kept on calling for weeks to find out if I got the job and they blocked my calls and hung up on me. If they had any decency they would simply say that I did not get hired so that I can move on with my life. I would so not recommend working for this company.

They ask for an electronic technician, that is build, diagnose, trouble shoot, and USE PROGRAMS NOT WRITE THEM. So anyone with a 4 year certificates from vocational school CAN DO THE JOB. However they ask for Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Electric [sic] Engineering. There is no associate’s degree in electrical engineering PERIOD. Full EE’S design they DO NOT TROUBLE SHOOT. To top it off the pay is $20.00. I would not take under $27.00.

Over the weekend and continuing till today I have gotten 9 emails from 9 different people in regards to the same position that I already said no to. I have asked to stop being contacted at least 6 times. This is harassment!

Great company to work for. The representatives were professional and eager to help with any questions or concerns. The hiring process is thorough and quick!

They spam me with emails, text messages, and calls. No matter how many times I ask them to stop. I believe this is a scam. Most of them are not in NJ but in India.

I wouldnt recommend this agency to anyone. And checkout the reviews on yelp, every single one rated this agency with 1 star. Christopher KasparAccount Manager with Artech contacted me about a job. I interviewed with a great company, got an offer and I started training. I then was offered a great opportunity elsewhere so I gave notice. He called me back saying I wasnt giving professional courtesy. I said giving notice is professional courtesy. If I just hadnt shown up to work or contacted you, that would lack professional courtesy. He kept insisting I wasnt being professional. I said I have the right to give notice and quit a job. He just kept repeating I lacked professional courtesy, that staying on to finish the contract would have been professional courtesy. Chris kaspar expected me to turn down a great job because he didnt want to have to find another person for the position to make his job easier for himself. I said Im not turning down a great opportunity for myself to do whats easiest for you, that is incredibly selfish. He interrupted me and said this was a waste of his time. I reminded him that he called me. Very unprofessional and unreasonable. I wouldnt recommend this agency to anyone.

LMAO, I work as a cook in the kitchen and they call me for an IT software engineer role. #joking but they are not professional at all

Awful company that displayed the most disgusting unprofessional attitude Ive ever encountered. They didnt like the fact that I went with another firm and contacted the client to complain. The client then withdrew me from all consideration even though I provided written notice as to why I didnt choose Artech.It gets worse... Artech then contacted my current employer for employment verification BEFORE I signed all their paperwork and told them what company they were from. Naturally, my boss was curious and googled the firm so they found out I was leaving well before I intended them to.Fast forward a month and I get a call from Artech, trying to place me at the same client if I behave (like it was my fault?) because their current consultant isnt working out. Shady, shady, shaaaady business - stay far away.

Contacted by a recruiter via e-mail and followed up with a phone convo. The recruiter then called me back several times (5 total) after our initial conversation to ask me more questions which should have been covered during the inital call. When I expressed that I felt the job salary wasnt in line with my needs they hung up on me. Shady and unprofessional.

They contact me for IT jobs, I have no IT background nor experience. I am a 30+ year credentialed professional in a completely unrelated industry and my inbox continues to be flooded with unrelated temporary IT jobs. Do they even read the resumes they find on the online sites beyond the email address? I am giving one star because it will not let me post giving zero stars.

I would atleast expect an ounce of professionalism from people who work for such big recruiting agencies. When they source the candidate they call you 100 times to talk to you & go ahead with submissions. Also when they need to convince you for more rounds of interview they do the same.But the same enthusiasm is needed in keeping the candidate informed of the interview decisions. And i was never informed even after 2 rounds of interview as to what was the actual ASK/NEED of the employer. The hiring manager(HM) was comfortably quoting the same reason for rejecting me for the 1st as well 2nd round of interview. But the recruiting agency was convincing that HM LIKES UR ATTITUDE .To top it all, when we mailed them at the end of the process/ call them to discuss the concern they neither pick up the call nor respond back .Not sure how WELL THEY ARE TRAINED PROFESSIONALLY.Also the top manager is least bothered to even respond back as professional courtesy about the happenings. They seem to be working more for the EMPLOYER/CLIENT/SELF(monthly targets)than the candidate.

Had a horrible experience with Sumona Chatterlee. Dont waste your time. She Cant be trusted. Completely unprofessional, no follow-up and lied.

Very unprofessional. Recruiter named Prabhjot kept on calling me atleast 5 times during my office hours as well as late night without any prior schedule. VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND DISCORTEOUS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

These recruiters are unprofessional liars and thefts. You should run away for better company quickly.
