I live in an apartment (expensive) weeks takes over a week for service then its either a part for weeks but the if you heard how the elevator grinds and rattles youd be scared too there are several elderly and handicapped residents. The main elevator is out at least every 4-6

I have been calling for weeks and nobody answers the phone and the voicemail box is always full. I have been calling since June 14th 2021.

It is our opinion base on our experience as a minority Asian Small Business Owner in Philadelphia’s Chinatown, had a terrible experience with Schindler. We hired Schindler to help us with a Schindler Proprietary Elevator (Proprietary - one that possesses, owns, or holds exclusive right to something) and after several months, lost all confidence, peace of mind, and trust. We regret choosing Schindler as a business partner.

Terrible Company to do business with. They will approve things in writing, allow you to incure costs, and walk away without caring about what additional costs they made you pay. Plus, when you ask for help they ignore you. Sometimes taking a month to respond.

Big company stable pay check, stable job, very safety focused.

Worst company to deal with....sales pitch will tell you 3-4 weeks. but really its 3-4 months. after they get your deposit, they dont call you back for weeks. Swindler is what their name should bewhat a joke
