Jason is a nice person but divorce is expensive. Even when you have nothing. Your retaining fee is just that. Within two months you will be getting bill after bill after bill. Be clear to what hes charging. Do yourself a favor and shop around!!! All lawyers will get you a divorce but some will cost much more than others. Dont believe when they say things like l am giving you a break on my retainer fee I wont charge you for phone calls and best of all, month after month I need $2,000.00 to continue your case. By the way when youre ex spouse doesnt follow any of the settlement orders. You can wallpaper your bathroom with the divorce settlement papers. Or better yet pay Jason another $20,000.00 to go back to court and in force the agreement. Do yourself a favor if you have nothing defend yourself.

I used Jason and Liz for three days and decided to switch lawyers after they gave me a bad strategic advice. They sent me an invoice which was higher for those three days than my new lawyer did for three weeks of service. So to echo what Linda said in her review, do yourself a favor and shop around because you will be able to find a lawyer who will charge you less and still win your case.
