Service dept did well. Sales are more expensive than the other Toyota dealerships. I asked if they had a army green tacoma. He said no and did not offer to find one. Went to North Carolina dealer. And they found one for less expensive than rusty wallace.

Its always a great experience at Rusty Wallace Toyota. Will definitely be a return customer. They got my 2006 Tundra into service quickly. DID also let me know about potential issues with my Toyota Tundra later down the road but DIDNT run me in circles trying to force me into buying additional services needed. In and out of service scheduled in an hour an a half for the airbag recall replacement.

Went to get repair service for a flashing tire warning light and service which I had already scheduled. They didnt have the parts to repair the tire warning light, not happy. I would not made the appointment had I known they didnt have parts for the repair.

I bring my Lexus to Toyota for routine service. Toyota of Morristown has me out the door in an hour. The same service at Lexus takes 3- 4 hours.
