Small town in the middle of nowhere. Took the guy an hour to get to me. Late at night. Cold cold cold. Showed great skill at getting my car on the flatbed and didnt damage a thing. Dropped it off at my home around midnight (another difficult challenge). Fantastic attitude, friendly, very efficient, and never said a negative word which, under the totality of the circumstances, I would have thought humanly impossible. Hope you never need the service but, if you do, this is who you call.

Very kind people ! I was at work when my husbands car broke down on the interstate, it was raining it was dark out my 7 month old baby was with him. I called all the towing companies in Ashevile, Marion, Old fort, and no one even cared to help me but as soon as i called Alray towing they were there with in 15 minutes. Thank you & God bless ❤ ps. My husband also said the guy slipped and fell on the ramp because the line got stuck and landed on his shoulder we got charged 100 dollars from nebo to black mountain

I would 100% recommend. I requested the road side assistance with my app and in a matter of 10-15 minutes the driver was there. His name was Terry and he was very patient and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Terry!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. One of their tow trucks was behind me on the interstate. Apparently I was not going as fast as he would like because he got so close to my bumper that I couldn’t see the front of his truck. He also started honking at me and flipping me off. I had 2 kids in my car. I got over and he passed by me and honked and flipped me off again. This is not ok.

Our experience with this towing company and garage were both outstanding. Broken down on the interstate after dark in a city that we weren’t familiar with wasn’t a pleasant experience but these guys made it much less painful and were very accommodating. Thanks guys!
