This place is great! The women working there are amazing, very nice and caring! Put me to work the day I put in my application and same for my wife.

Its a very good place if your looking for work and the staff there are wonderful people and very helpful. Most of the jobs they have are not high paying jobs at start but a person has to start somewhere in life. I highly recommend anyone looking for employment to give them a try.

Labor Connections has been so good to me. I walked into their office a little over 3 months ago after visiting a couple other staffing agencies in this are and being turned down because of my past. Sarah and the other staff believed in me and gave me the second chance that I needed to get into a company and start to rebuild my life! I am now employed at a good company receiving great benefits and good pay. Thank you labor connections for helping me become I responsible reliable member of society again I owe you guys my life. She pushed and pushed and pushed to help find me a job. She treats will treat you like a person. Its more then a job to her. VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL the women were talking pretty bad back & fourth amongst each other about other employees saying they had no faith in them etc I was going through Janet at Labor Connections I went and filled out everything on a Tuesday i was sent for an “interview” on Wednesday for a company that hires and needs help pretty frequently and was NOT even informed or called back. I had to call labor connections the following Monday which is today and all the lady could say was “oh the company went in another direction” apparently I was not fit for the job which there is no reason I shouldn’t be but she couldn’t just come out and say that and be straight forward and offer to help find another opening somewhere else I did not appreciate the treatment especially since I hadn’t been there or worked for them before.

This place is very unprofessional, unorganized and the staff can be rude. After going through lengthy paperwork, I never received a call back. Therefore, I would always call to see are there any jobs that match my criteria. At first they couldnt find my paperwork. When they finally did they said there were jobs and theyd have that company give me a call. No one ever called me. This would go on for weeks. Felt like I was bothering them everytime I called. Honestly I shouldve know better because they seemed to be gossiping about other clients and their potential as I was sitting their filling out the paperwork to begin with. I highly suggest the ladies at the front desk here work on professionalism, responsiveness as well as staying organized! After all people are depending on you to help them find a job!**In response to the reply from the owner at Labor Connections: My username is exactly that.. a username created to protect my privacy. Obviously you wont find records of working with anyone under the name Chai Tea. My experience was very unpleasant, and Id suggest taking this interview as constructive criticism for the Labor Connections in Morganton NC as you are in desperate need of it. Thank you!

If I didnt have to put a star i wouldnt!!! One of the workers named Janet was very very rude and unprofessional. I didnt even want to finish my application because of her nasty attitude. I couldnt even imagine working through an employer that treats people like that. My advice is if you dont know how to respect people dont work directly with the people. Looks like Ill be going elsewhere to look for another job. Will not be back.

Worst service I have ever got from a business Miss Janet is the most rude person I have ever met and needs a job not dealing with public that’s for sure she was rude and down out right just hateful very unprofessional that’s for sure will not recommend this office to anyone that has to deal with her rudeness or her lies never again
