Great prices, on time delivery. Ive used this company many times for outdoor family events. Tables, chairs, linens, and heaters. Ive never had an issue.

Our experience with this business was terrible. My mother rented white tents for my sister’s baby shower months in advance. When the delivery guy arrived two days before the event date, he had brought black tents which bad for aesthetic reasons but also because it was going to be 95 degrees the day of the party. They promised to replace the tents the next day, and then, no, the morning of the party. When the (very nice) delivery guy eventually returned, he brought... wait for it...two more black tents. This was an accident I guess but he also suggested they had run out of white ones. I called the manager a number of times begging them to fix this before the shower but never even got a phone call back, let alone light-colored tents. I eventually called another party rental place who got me two tents immediately at half the price. Don’t do business with Party Rental Outlet.

Terrible products - terrible service. I rented white chairs for a party and asked if the chairs would be clean when I picked them up - I was told that they wipe down the chairs after every use. The person in the office that day loaded my car with the chairs. When I got home and we unloaded what we found were dirty, blackened resin chairs with several of the seats broken. We tried to clean them but the blackened party wouldnt come out. So we didnt use them. Upon returning the chairs the person in the office told me they couldnt unload because the delivery guy was out and they were on the phone with a customer and that I should unload them and leave them by the door. The whole experience was terrible especially the condition of the chairs. I will NEVER use this company again for anything. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

They were extremely flexible, compassionate and willing to work with my vision for two events I hired Party Outlet for, this party summer.
