I was staying in Morgan Hill for a month for employment purposes. I noticed one my watches stopped working during that time and stopped here to have the battery replaced. I greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I told them I needed a new battery. The lady behind the counter took my watch and had the battery replaced in no time.

I visited the Jewel Box after an Internet search for a specific style of ring led me to them. I worked with Michelle to customize an engagement ring setting to replace my original ring for my 10-year wedding anniversary. I was able to visit the store in person and Im so glad I did!With her help, I selected a setting that hadnt caught my eye online - but in person it really stood out as the right option for me. Michelle made the process easy, emailing me with updates and showing me a simulation of what my finished ring would look like. When the covid-19 crisis hit, I was worried my ring would be delayed indefinitely. Instead, the team managed to finish the work on time and Michelle personally drove it to meet me halfway so I could pick it up!I really appreciated their dedication to service. My ring is gorgeous, and I was able to support a local business with this purchase!

I was visiting family in Morgan Hill. Lady changed my watch battery for free. I had the new battery with me. I was looking to buy a more expensive watch. She said they mainly sell watches by consignment. I asked how much for the labor to change the battery. No charge. I explained i was visiting. She was very nice, excellent service. If i lived in Morgan Hill they would be my go to Jewelers. Visited 12/19

Recommended for jewelry repair. Lovely store with beautiful jewelry. Left my wedding ring for repair as the diamond fell out. My ring received a very thorough exam as well as several suggestions as to the best outcome going forward.

I get all my watch straps shortened/adjusted here. They get it done fast and professionally, without any damage to the watch. They are really friendly and let me take my time to get a perfect fit. Havent really done anything else in the store (jewelry related, etc.), so I cant comment about that. Its a beautiful store though!

Rude and vary judgemental the redish haired lady looked at me like I was some low life I think its cause Im tattooed but Im like cute inked not gangster inked or random tattooed allover. I mean like she was just really not nice I felt .

Stopped by to get my rings cleaned and I thought I would have to leave them and pick up the next day. I had my 6 year old daughter with me and I was looking for earings for her birthday. I learned that they do piercings at the store and thankfully she said that they do both ears at the same time so its not as scary. Needless to say my daughter is not so ready....but in a few minutes she said your rings are done. WOW....that was wonderful and then I went to pay and she just laughed and said no no charge. If I could I would get one of everything in there for my daughter....but at least we will be back for the ears.....when she is ready! Thank you for such a great experience.

I went in with some very pretty costume jewelry that was like a limoge box that it gotten quite Dusty they refused to clean it because it wasnt authentic gems and if they lost one or one popped out they werent going to be responsible so I took my jewelry from the very rude Clerk and came home and cleaned it up myself I lost no gems out of it was a lovely piece I paid 150 bucks for but because it was a real they would have nothing to do with it and told me go home and clean it myself I think theyre rude and I will never go back
