Rented a trencher, asked associate if it cut a 6 wide trench they said yes it does. Then when i went to pit the 4 pipe in the trench it didnt fit. Not to mention the issue it had of the dirt cutting chain not tracking on the bar, almost coming off. The tool rental associates were not interested in hearing the issue. Running it on the trailer, looks like its working fineIf i have to explain the difference of static use and use under load, there isnt any point to wasting breath.

I must have gone at the wrong time, the customer service was awful, there was no line, waited 23 minutes for someone to come to the register, then they didn’t know what to do. Thy equipment was good, that’s why it gets two starts.
