BEWARE AND INSPECT YOUR CAR - TAKE PICTURES OF THE ENTIRE AREA THEY WILL BE WORKING IN/ON/AROUND. I would have had nothing but good things to say about this place until today. We brought our 2019 Honda Pilot that was purchased through them (brand new) for repair and it was returned to us in worse condition than when we took it in. They broke, scratched and cracked the surrounding to our radio and said it was brought in like that. They broke the design piece under our driver side air vent and said we did it but eventually took responsibility for that. They accused us of breaking and using glue to try and repair the pieces they broke when there is zero evidence of any glue or glue residue anywhere. We will take it back so they can fix what they were willing to fix and took responsibility for but NEVER again after that. They are careless and irresponsible. BTW the 5 star review in her from Justin Settle, he is the general manager, lol. My advice is to find another Honda dealer and do not take your car here for service or repair. So disappointed

Do not give them your email or phone number, morning noon and night they keep calling texting emailing even after I said I was not going to purchase a car, one by the way they do not have. In addition they are adding a dealer mark up of over 5,000.00 on the new cars.I have purchase many new and used cars in my life and have never had this happenAVOID THIS PLACE LIKE COVID!!!

Wife went in to look at new 2021 CR-V and have Victory inspect and test drive our trade in 2018 CR-V. Sales person gave quote with trade in that was ridiculous. I had my wife leave. Over the next several days Victory emailed back and forth negotiating for the new CR-V. Came to a price with trade that was agreed to twice in email by Victory sales staff (I was specific on details the second time to make sure we were on the same page). We prepared our trade and drove the 40 minutes to the dealership for the appointment they set to sign paperwork (supposed to be ready). Was greeted with salesperson and price $16k higher than the agreed to amount. Price was more than 10k above suggested retail value on the CR-V. Simply unbelievable. We now have our new CR-V using trade at a reputable Honda dealership at a final price with our trade in within 2k of the agreed to deal we had at Victory Honda in Morgan Hill. Obviously the deal was within reason as agreed to by Sales staff at Victory but they have no honor. If you are looking for honor and respect from a Honda dealership, look elsewhere. Victory Honda in Morgan Hill sales staff have no problem taking the shine off of a great product. I should have stuck with Sam Linder in Salinas as I have purchased there before (several cars). I have always received great service there, I thought Victory would be of the same caliber. Not even close.

Its a dealership, so expect them to sell you more than you need. If you need your car to be serviced for an issue, expect the diagnostic to take a while. Also make sure to bring someone just in case you dont want to stay there indefinitely while you wait. I suggest bringing an extra car. I asked for a loner car in the meantime but I was unable to be given one, I am guessing they only give it to you if your car is staying overnight. Other than that I can say is be prepared.

Victory Honda of Morgan Hill is awesome! I bought my car with the help of Yuliana Jimenez about a year and months ago and she made it super easy for me to decide. She came out to offer help right away and answered all my questions on the spot. The job was done quick! My car is the best! I went in today to get a recall done and an oil change and it was super quick and easy with the help of Rob! :)

We have booked an appointment online for an oil change as we have cardoc. Unfortunately when we reached there, they mentioned the online appointments are not valid though booked through their online portal. The problem here is they did not even mention that anywhere or they should have at least given a courtesy call. Not at all a good experience this time. They have to change the website as no one can believe the online appointment process going forward.

Got my Honda Accord here around 4 years ago. (also a great experience). It recently started giving me some trouble. Called yesterday for a service appointment to check out whats going on & got an appointment for the next day. Jim was super helpful & informative over the phone and also in person. He got me in early when it wasn’t busy & got me outta there with a loaner car while the part for my car comes in. all in 40 min maybe even less! The waiting place is also very comfy with coffee and tea and water available. Everyone that works here greets you with a smile and kind words. I was so happy with my experience here today. Thank you to ALL the staff members for that.

They are advertising a 2022 civic sport for $23k but after their switch and bait they want to sell you this car for $45k this its insane i get the chip shortage but common a market adjustment of $10k plus another $7k-$10k for the add ons that are “required” not optional for a total of almost $20k on top of asking price and you are still missimg taxes and fees no way if I were you check other local dealers or just wait a lil bit and you will see.It seems to be they are one of the only dealers doing this insane market adjustments because I have just got couple quotes from other local dealers and those dealers are not charging market adjustments as I specifically ask about it when talking to couple managers and they were honest about it which they also said some dealer do it but some dont.that fee its also dealer optional but here at victory they will also tell you they cant waive it when they actually can, so beware as if you call and ask they wont mention any of that until they have run your credit to try to get you to buy should of listen to other reviews before even going there really shady and unprofessional business.

I set an appointment to go and look at a particular used car they had listed on the Honda certified website. They emailed me telling me they had it in their inventory. When I showed up for my appointment, they didnt even have the specific vehicle I wanted to look at and the sales guy seemed too busy with another customer to even make a real effort with me. Total waste of time.I drove to a different dealership later that day with much better customer service and bought a car.

Horrible. John Moreno was the sales associate I was speaking too and have valid proof of text messages of us agreeing on a price 3 times. When I went to this dealership to finalize the deal John was no where to be found and the other sales associate there could not live up to the deal and it sucks because we drove from 3 hours away. After the deal was finished then John had showed up and also when we first showed up we asked to see John about 3-4 times. Would never come back to this dealership ever again. Definition of a sleazy salesman.

I am in the market for a new vehicle and know that Honda CRVs are limited in my area. Before making the trek from my hometown I reached out to the dealership and spoke with two different sales representatives through both text and email confirming the price and the availability. I spent an hour and a half driving from Salinas to Morgan Hill and when I arrived the car advertised on their website was not what they had in stock, of the two available. The model advertised on their website clearly shows stock upholstered seats and the model that was available had $5000 dealer upgraded seats, among other upgraded things, which raised the car from an advertised $27,563 to $38,800. This is a clear bate and switch tactic and unacceptable for any business owner. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as this was a complete waste of my time to drive there after having spoken with two different people. The only reason it has one star is because I could not post this review without making a selection.

I just had the worst experience in over 40 years of buying cars, with this car dealership significantly misrepresenting the price of a vehicle. I was excited seeing a sales price. On their web site, the truck is priced at $40,382 (plus documentation and title). See photo below. After talking with the dealership, they quoted a price of $56,841 (including doc prep and title. see 2nd photo below), saying the car has all many options beyond how the car is advertised on their web site, and thats how they will sell it. There was never any intent to sell it at the advertised sale price of $40,382. So misleading. Horrible. Do not trust these guys!

Victory Honda of Morgan Hill is the place to go if your looking for great customer service, clean safe facility and a large variety of options to fit your budget.We first started looking for a good Honda in San Jose which was not such a great experience not to many options. We then decided to try our local dealer which we should have done in the first place to be honest.We were shown models that were exactly in our budget and the options were great here. I highly recommend this dealership to family and friends.

Starting off with buying the car which was the worst experience Ive ever had buying a car in Morgan Hill Victory Honda. We decided on a white car instead of a grey one and they brought out the wrong color after three hours of waiting. We agreed to a white car and they brought out a grey one and the salesman still pushed us to get the grey car because he messed up and did not know what to do next since it was closing time already. It took us a couple more hours to get the white car without it even being clean. We could not even put a 7k down payment because they only aloud 4k in a debit/credit card so we had to come back another day. Also, we traded in a old car and the salesman agreed to 1500 for a trade in price but in the writing and contract, they switched it to 1200 without even telling us. After discussing with the finance manager about warranties, he was super nice to us in the beginning offering the warranty but when we rejected any type of warranty numerous times, after that he became more grumpy and was not very kind to us and we believe that they did switch the trade in price because of that and they still did not give us our $300 when we came back and complained. When we came back to complain we wanted to talk to a manager but they were busy and did not want to hear us out or attend to us and that is why my experience at Victory Honda in Morgan Hill was horrible. I do not recommend to do any car purchases with this dealership.

Me and my boyfriend came here looking for a car 🚙 the older,tall,skinny, with glasses guy helped us and walked us step by step through the whole process and answered any questions we had. We ended up trading our old car as well and ended up leaving with NOT only ONE BUT TWO BRAND NEW CARS?! 🚙🚗 We’ve had this cars for a while now and we’ve had some issues with the A/C and they’ve fixed it! They provide good service and hot chocolate ☕️ Totally Recommend this dealership and talk to that older worker if you want a GREAT DEAL !!

Called to have a vanity mirror replaced on my CRV, was met by a rude filront desk person who the transferred me to parts. When parts sent me back to the front desk, the phone rang, was then transferred directly to an extension for a voice-mail. Called back and now Im convinced they are avoiding my number as the phone rang for 3 minutes before I gave up.

Very excellent experience with this dealership. Our salesman, Dane, was understanding and genuinely trying to get us the best deal possible. We knew there would be back and forth when it came to negotiations but not once was Dane pushy, aggressive, or agitated. The price for our trade in didn’t match what we were looking for however Dane made sure to find wiggle room within the overall price where it would even out. Please remember, the dealership will tack on additional features, some can be removed some can not. I’ve been buying cars for years, this was honestly my best experience. We already had financing in place, the dealership did not push their own financing on us at all. Very pleased with them, will recommend Victory Honda to everyone. Keep a positive attitude and do the dance, these professionals will make sure you are taken care of. Keep up the great work guys, and THANK YOU DANE!

Went to the dealership to look at some used cars and came across a Hyundai Elantra that I really liked. Took it for a test drive and all went smoothly. Salesman told me it was listed at $10,800. Went inside to talk about the details and after many hours the price that they tried to get me on was $20,000. There were a ton of add-ons and features that they said they could not remove to lower the price. Ridiculous bait and switch and really unfortunate as a longtime Honda Driver. Would not recommend.

This place is horrible. Please avoid it. We bought our Honda clarity last year and bought the prepaid service which was sold to us with the promise that it can be used anywhere in the country. 1 year later I go to Honda nation and they will not accept the warranty. When I called victory Honda of Morgan hill, they told me that the service is only accepted at victory Honda and the sales guy doesn’t work here and he basically sold me a lie. They made absolutely no attempt to help and said basically you lost your money. I am never going to buy a car from these guys ever again.

I had a mixed experience at Victory Honda. I went in with my mom, looking for something new or used to replace my Honda Civic that was totaled a few weeks ago in an accident.We got there a little before they opened and were greeted outside by Courtney. She was lovely at first. We worked with her for 2.5hrs, test driving a couple of vehicles. As others have said in their reviews, their base price was not the price listed on the website, it was a couple grand higher. I asked Courtney why that was and she told me that those prices were just to get people in the door. In addition to the price being different, Victory adds on extra things to their vehicles and then charges you for these. They added on wheel locks, a GPS system in case your car gets stolen and two types of clear coats on top of the paint. She told me that these things were to make the car safer. None of those things actually affect the safety of driving the car. By saying this its insinuated that Hondas arent safe to begin with. Thankfully, I know that isnt true as my Civic did keep me safe a few weeks ago when I was hit on the interstate. Courtney said that these things were not optional. Over the 2.5hrs I we spent with her she was incredibly rude and condescending. I had what I would consider to be, a large down payment. She asked if I could put more down. I said that I could not, to which she responded why not?. I found that to be both inappropriate and insulting. After 2.5hrs I hit my breaking point, got up and said Im done, and walked out. I have NEVER done that, with any person in customer service/sales.Sammy, the sales manager, came out and spoke with me. He was willing to work something out. I took a break and got coffee before returning. When I returned I worked with Robert V. He was wonderful. Things were easy with him and smooth sailing. He was able to work with me on price and I ended up getting a 2021 Honda Civic EX-L.The detailing department was closed by the time I bought the car on Sunday and there was not a spare key made up. Robert invited me to return to get my car detailed and pick up the key. I emailed him on Thursday to make sure there was time for my car to get detailed on Friday if I took it in. He let me know that there was. I had my car detailed on Friday and picked up the extra key. He made it possible for me to use a loaner so I could run errands while they detailed my car. Robert was kind, personable, friendly, and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend him.My review for Courtney would be 0 stars.I would give Robert 5 stars!Thank you Robert and Sammy for helping me get a great car.

Robert Verceles was great!! Took my trade in and got me a great deal on a 2018 vehicle for my daughter who we were taking down to Santa Barbara to start her college education. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! RUN!They only want to sell the car. Our issue is, they dont want to pay the Car fee to the bank and are telling the bank and DMV we purchased the car in March 2021 while I have the purchased order and ALL documents proving we purchased the car in August 2020. (see story below)We purchased our car in August 2020, we never received our license plate, I called them in December and they told me to check with the DMV, which was closed, I was finally able to make a trip to the DMV and they told me that it was the banks issue, I called my financing bank who informed me that after innumerous attempts to communicate with Victory Honda no one has responded. I found out the issue is that they didnt pay the fee!!!I have opened an investigation with the DMV investigation District office as well.After calling Honda Victory multiple times the receptionist who doesnt want to help, the only thing she says is no one is here to help you, I dont know, I can transfer you and you leave a message. NO HELP and NO KNOWLEDGE. The internal DMV person is NEVER there, apparently she is in sometimes at 9 sometimes at 9:30 and other times 10 and leaves at 2:30 and today (Friday) I called and she is not in, surprise! And the worse part is there is NO ONE else to help.I found a nice gentleman Jose M from the sales department who answered a few of my questions and it is willing to help me even though it is not his department.I usually do not write reviews but my hope with this one is to make everyone aware AND to get this issue resolved.

Horrible service.I called one day prior close to closing time. Made an appointment with John. He told me he was going to hold the car I wanted so I can test drive it. I drive all the way from Santa Cruz and get there and tell me they sold it. I don’t get how you can sell something that was put on hold. I’ll rather stick with ocean Honda.

This is our families 3rd purchase in just the last year. We werent really looking for a Honda this time but had such bad experiences at other dealers we thought we would see what Honda had and they worked it out again for us! We are official a Honda family! The staff is always so helpful in sales and when we come for service! They have tables set up at the front door with hand sanitizer, mask and gloves they also have a young lady that is always cleaning. This made me feel really comfortable with the precautions they are taking with covid.

Dane was busy, still he acknowledged us and helped us explore the car. Taylor is new but is full of energy even at closing time she was smiling and excited to finish our transaction. We didnt go to buy but didnt feel any sales pressure either! Their accommodating approach got great price and trade in value and helped us get great deal on Honda Accord Hybrid 2020! I tried to purchase a vehicle at the price advertised on their website only for them to send a purchase quote after a day of talking with them that had undisclosed and previously hidden dealer markups and accessories that inflated to price to $16,000 more than advertised.Be very wary of bait and switch practices from this dealership. To make a long story short. We saw a car on Victory Honda website listed for one price and by the time we arrived the next day the price has significantly changed. We made an appointment so they knew we were coming. At the very least they could have informed us of the price change but no... They dragged us half way through the paperwork credit checks etc. before I noticed the price change.Once I told them about it and showed them the original price all they said was that was an old price and they couldn’t do anything about it. The price literally changed over night.They used this price to get us in the door and then try to pressure us to buy a car at a price we did not wantBe very careful when dealing with these peopleUpdate...Victory Honda reached out to me to resolve this issue. The gave me assurances that this was a situation of bad timing and they dont operate like that. They offered to help me find a Honda but we already found another car. Seemed strange that I would give a car dealership five stars but this place was amazing. I was able to contact the dealership via email and messaging . They confirmed by phone. Set up a time to come in on a Saturday morning, and they still manage to get me in, to drive the car, answer all my questions, and complete the transaction in just around 2 1/2 hours. anyone who has had any experience buying cars knows that was really quick ! And more importantly, the internet sales.manager, sales associate,, the general manager and.the finance manager all were extremely customer centric and good people.I am actually looking forward to coming back for my car servicing, which was included in the purchase of my car!

Worst run Honda dealership Ive ever been to. Management was consistent on having credit run just to have a quote on the vehicle. Lied several times about the process of leasing a vehicle. Wanted my SS number to check something on my current lease that Im pretty sure he could have looked up with the VIN. Tried to push add-ons onto the vehicle. This workers were nice but management is slimy. Go anywhere else.

Bought a car here today and the process was so fast, I’ve never been in and out of a dealership within an hour and a half. Taylor my sales rep was super knowledgeable and always made sure my water was full because of this heat. John the sales manager worked a deal I couldn’t resist and Lalo in finance had all the paperwork printed and ready to go.

I went to Victory Honda of Morgan Hill planning to see a car that looked good in the pictures, but in real life it wasn’t something I wanted. Luckily DANE was there to help! I’d never felt more comfortable with a sales person before because they’re usually too pushy and don’t listen to what you want. He constantly made sure my boyfriend and I were comfortable and offered water. He didn’t push any cars onto me and let me decide what I wanted to do in my final decision. With his help I was able to find the perfect car for me in the price range I planned to spend in the first place.

Honestly I searched all over for a 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring ranging from: Oakland, Stevens Creek, Salinas, San Jose and Fremont, but when I went to Victory Honda of Morgan Hill I was immediately introduced to Dane Cassidy. He was very upfront about everything and tried to get me the me the best APR %. He was very informative along with the staff. Their primary goal was to get me the best deal possible. He explained everything very thoroughly and represented what a car salesman should be like. He made sure before i left that I had everything I wanted and made sure this was the car I wanted. Not only did they get me a great price but he himself made sure I walked out of the dealership with the right choice. I recommend anyone who is interested in buying a Honda to stop here first. It’s a very welcoming place and the staff is more than friendly. I’m glad to welcomed to the Honda family and I feel Dane Cassidy was beyond professional. So I say thank you Dane for your honestly and thank you to the staff who worked constantly to find me the best rate possibly. I own several cars, GMC, Chevy Camaro, and my beloved Honda Civic. I have purchased 3 Hondas over the years at this dealership and they are great! My Honda is my favorite car I own and I have had to have several major repairs on mine, was no problem because I bought the best warranties they offered. I saved over $9000 in repair costs because of the warranties I purchased. Their repair shop is excellent, friendly, great service. I will be buying another car from them in the future. Buy the warranties! Hondas are easy to operate all the extra features everything always works just as their manual says. I have not had that same experience with GMC and Chevy.

Listed price on website does not include add ons that are already installed on the car such as the gps system. They ask for additional $2k for these unnecessary add ons. This is very misleading.When telling the car salesman “we don’t want to waste your time”, he responded “I don’t want you to waste my time either”

Poor costumer service and bad business practices. They will enforce many extras like ; wheel locks for anti theft, anti scratch film, GPS tracking service, etc in oder to buy an used car from them. I have never gone to a dealership and force to buy all those extras in order to buy a vehicle. I will stay away from this location... Dont even bother to talk to there General Manager as he does not have time for you and cant afford to give you a business card. They give Honda some bad reputation...

These people have terrible customer service. I was looking on auto.com and had found a car and the original price ended up getting upped by $1,500. When i tried to negotiate they wouldnt talk to me so i had to have my son (or me i am the son) call just to talk to them. Dont buy from here they are a rip-off literately anywhere else works better

We have purchased several cars/trucks over the years and worked with several dealerships. I am sorry to say that this was one of the worst experiences. The only pleasant part, ironically, was working with Roger in Financing. Where do I start!!!!!! Wow!!!1) Sales - unorganized, uninformative and passed from one sales person to an intern sales person who just sat and babysat us. Unknowledgeable to any questions we had because he said he was very new.2) Pricing - Told one price higher than sticker because of add-ons, which we found were not added on after all. Negotiated a price and sounded good, to find out after waiting on financing for 2 days that oh they cant accept that offer. Attitude was oh well, sorry when we left.3) Customer Service - Something to be desired. No communication and responses very delayed until we called. Promises not fulfilled.3) Financing - Roger was great, but all paperwork we completed the day before just happened to be lost or misplaced and he had to re=enter all the information while we sat in his office.4) Only 1 key was provided. Was told by the young sales person, that is how it came. NOT! All Toyota Tundras that year come with keyless entry, not just one key without a remote.5) Presentation - After we took the truck home, we found there was dried heavily packed mud in the undercarriage. Looked like it was used for 4-wheeling in a mud field.6) Service - Jose the manager was nice and arranged for us to have the remote and an extra key made. I also mentioned how filthy the truck was after we asked if it was be detailed. He said when they keys were made they will detail the truck inside and out.I asked Jose to please check the truck which he also heard a thumping sound. In addition, there were missing lug nuts on 3 of the 4 tires, and no lug nut key was provided. The undercarriage was full of mud and all rusted as well7) Pick-Up: We were told by Rob in service it was cleaned. He said the truck should have never left in that condition and thanked me for my understanding. The truck was in service for 5 days. I was told the truck was detailed on Friday AND Saturday. They replaced all the lug nuts which were all rusted. I did get the extra key and the remote. Told the noise we were hearing was from the old lug nuts (which werent the right ones, very dangerous!) Noise is gone.8) Conclusion: Disappointed after being detailed for two days, the outside of the truck was full of dust and looked exactly how we bought it, DIRTY! The inside looked like it was just lightly vacuumed. Dog hair between the seats. One of the speakers still had old dried residual from what appeared to be a spill. The rims were dirty, fingerprints on the hood chrome from oiled hands, had to use the windshield wipers to see out the window. This after 2 days of detailing and in service for 5 days.The whole ordeal was overall dissappointing!!!!Please dont respond with your canned response providing an email. I have that already sending a more detailed email and pictures.

Spent all day trying to get their representative to sell me a car for the price on their website. After hours of pathetcally slow responses, they informed me the advertised price is $2k less than they are willing to accept.The interest rate offered was 2x my banks rate. You scumbags have multiple reviews for this scamming and false advertising, I cant believe the level of dishonesty and deceptiveness this dealership attempted to get away with during my car buying process.

NEVER work with Robert Verceles. We were trying to get a jeep there and he didnt tell me about $3,000 with of add ons that cant be removed. Then when trying to explain this to his partner or coworker he began belittling me (22F). He guilt tripped me and lied too his coworker about what he said. I left that place feeling disgusting they were that mean to me. Ive never been that blatantly degraded by 50+ old man knowing this is my first time buying a car.

It was a great experience and they go above and beyond to make it happen. Out 4 other dealer ships this one made it happen. Took a while but at the end it was a great deal that we were happy with. I never want to take my car here ever again to get serviced! I took my car to get my battery checked a couple months back and informed them that it had been dying on me and they told me that they didn’t find anything wrong with it and wouldn’t fix a problem they can’t find, even after I told them that it died on me multiple times and I need a new battery. Now weeks prior to this I went over my mileage and now I have to pay out of pocket to get my battery replaced, this wouldn’t of happened if they just replaced it when i told them it needed service. Never trusting Victory Honda with my car ever again! If they cared enough they would’ve tried to find the problem the first time I took it to them instead of just trying to get me out of there!

My wife and I had a terrific experience buying a car at Honda of Morgan Hill. We worked with Jeff & Luis in sales, both of which were a pleasure to work with. Shawn the sales manager was also really easy to deal with and while he didnt give away the farm (like I asked), I feel good about the price we paid on our brand new pilot. Working with Anthony in finance was also a breeze, and was definitely the most advanced car buying experience weve had yet. Lastly, Nick was our product specialist that showed us around our new car, and how to use all of the features.Thank you all for your help. It was easy peasy!
