Connected to them via samsung, took two days to get a text, they do not speak over the phone.The person that was texting me couldnt really write in intelligible english and ended up just canceling my appointment window until I asked them for more availability.

This business has the worst customer service ever, the guy has a bunch of non working #s, and the one that works he refuses to answer, only response is via text message. The owner almost seems like he doesnt want to help you, rude. I had to use him twice because of Samsung warranty, both times a horrible experience with the owner. His worker Edgardo on the other hand was great and professional. Edgardo should leave and open up his own business. As you can see from the other reviews people would with my experience. I would look elsewhere for out of pocket work.

I want to balance all the negative reviews because I had a very good experience. Samsung called them to check on a bad dishwasher. They called within a day, came over the day after, and handled everything great. In the end the malfunction wasnt fixable and they reported to Samsung that we need a replacement and they took it from there (I opted for a refund but thats another story), so I cant comment on the quality of work, but in terms of service I had a great experience.

Most unresponsive vendor i have dealt with, assigned to me twice by Samsung and they never bothered to call or check on my appliance issue. I called them many times but there phone number does not work and no one picks up phone on that number.Had to escalate to Samsung to assign me someone outside the service area.

This is the third time I have worked with TV Unlimited - 2x for warranty issues with fridge ice maker and 1x to change out LG washer seal (which I paid for after working with them on the fridge). Edgardo was on-time, professional and made sure to confirm there were no other problems with the fridge as we have been having issues with the ice maker for years. Hope this fix will the care of it once and for all as he replaced the ice maker control board as well as the ice maker itself - apparently this had the long-awaited software/firmware update. Couldnt be more happy with the service from them.

High, cash-only diagnostic fee; didnt actually diagnose the issue (didnt take off the cover over the fan/radiator to look) before giving a high quote to replace three parts which werent the root cause.

I have Samsung Refrigerator was leaking need to fix in this year Aug. ( Samsung provide the service). First time was very easy to contact, after that was not. I think they are very busy. They sent technician service was on time and very knowledgeable. He ordered and update the new parts ASAP. Until now 3 months passed, the Refrigerator is working good. No more leaking.

Would not work with me on a Samsung warranty issue. They eventually responded and I was able to resolve the problem.
