The owner Dale is a consumate professional. I have used this shop for at least 15 years he both sells and services high end watches. If dale cant fix it, its time to get a new watch, and youre already in his shop.

Very nice shop located in the Moreno Valley Mall. I had to get some links adjusted in my watch and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices are also very reasonable. Will definitely come back in the future.

First the older man behind the counter was really short in his answers about a watch I was looking at. When I asked to see the watch he walked over to me and looked at the watch and told me it was “less than $200. He then said, “the other person will have to show it to you because it is time for me to go home.” Prior to that he was just standing behind the counter and seemed uninterested in my presence. After he walked out the door, the girl just stood behind the counter looking at me. I had to ask her if she would help me. When she came over and told me the price of the watch, which was well over $250, I had already found the same exact watch online from a reputable company for almost $130 cheaper. I asked her why the price difference and she said “you have to pay the middle man.” Then she said you have a good day. Cut me off. Would not recommend this store at all. Prices are too high as compared to other stores. And obviously the “middle man” is making a killing off the customers. You make your own decisions. This was my experience on November 3 at appropriately 5 pm.

Dale will go over and above to make you happy, with his quality work. Ive done business with Dale for almost twenty years, and have never once questioned his pricing. And beware, he cares about his customers. He took especially good care of my wife because he knew her medical history, and believe me, all she had to do was ask Dale, and he made it happen for her, from ring sizing to our clock repairs. You will not find a better jeweler.
