Greg and his team provided excellent customer service and I havent had any bug issues (especially solving my ant problem) since they began back in 2019 I believe. The biggest difference with Advanced compared to other companies Ive used in the past is that they use a hose from the tank on their truck and spray everything....vs. a handheld sprayer around the parameter like other do. What a huge difference. Really appreciate them and their service. They spray every other month for a very reasonable price.

Friendly and reasonable

We have used Advanced for our commercial properties for years and they always do a great job and I also use them for our residential properties. We have them on a schedule and they always show up when there suppose to and take care of any extra needs we may have.

Greg has handled all sorts of pest issues we have had from the usual pests to mouse in our attic, rats outside and german cockroaches. He returns ahead of schedule if we need him. The company also reminds us of our future appt so we can bring the dog inside. They do several of our neighbors properties too.
