They are affordable, but they make you wait in your car because of COVID which is fine but if it’s going to take more than an hour they should let you know to come back and pick up your pet at a later time. They took in my dog for a check up at 4:11pm and took an hour for a call to let me know treatment plan and another hour to call me back to tell me how much it would be for treatment and to pay, when they could of told me to come back and pick up my dog later instead of waiting 3 hrs in the car with my kids . The waiting is what gave this place low rating they need a better system and communication

Very disappointed with this clinic. Ive never seen a receptionist handle a customer so poorly. Not enough Information or no communication with the actual veterinarian itself. In reality I feel there just out for your money. In a Professional vet they test your dog infront of you for any type of disease and provide you enough knowledge and info. And Procedures that are being done. Here its like a big blank have no idea whats going on. They tested my puppy for parvo but had no proof to show me test results and as soon as they told me that, they said let me brake it down to you ((MONEY WISE)) its about around $$1700. Ridiculous. I do not recommend this vet . Totally crooked. On top of waiting for hours outside and no communication whats so ever. They make you waste time out in your car thinking your getting your puppy right away instead of coming outside to let you know like hey its going to be a while. We will call you to come back. Do NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME. !!!!! Lesson learned I should have payed attention to the reviews and ratings. If it was for me I would have RATED 0 STARS HONESTLY but that was not an option unfortunately. Hope this post helps everyone. an good luck with your puppys.

My puppy is 8 months we’ve been taking him to this vet since he was 3-8 weeks. They are always late on your appointment. Always saying you can’t make one and you need to go in as a walk in so they can charge you the fee. I have a husky and they shaved a part of his arm without asking or informing us first. He came back into our car one time covered in pee and they told us he urinated on himself. They also provided us pain medication that made him throw up and have diarrhea when I informed them they told us not to give it to him. So he was in pain and sick. I had to remind them for multiple visits after that, that he was allergic to it. They would put him under anesthesia to take x rays for their convenience as it wasn’t needed. One vet told us one thing another vet told us something different. They’ve made things worse then when we first found out something was wrong with him and have always messed up something each visit. I do not recommend this vet if you’re looking for a caring and affordable vet.

0 is what I would give this place after 3 decades of taking countless pets to Dr Park!, whom retired and we all cried, the Staff that was there was in r. Unreal, the most beautiful people you can find, after Dr Parks retired I still took my animals a couple of times and big mistake as they gave me the wrong medicine for my cat!, not to mention they are rude and short in patience and they actually give u this look like you are nothing!, serious attitude!!!, will never go back there!, Animal Hospital across from the old Rental car Is the best, loving caring educated Staff!!!. Miss Dr Park with all my heart.

This vet advertises “emergency services” but keeps their doors locked during business hours and has their phone system set up to go straight to voicemail with the promise of a returned call next business day. Even with a line out the door, they send no one out to check if the animals are in an emergency state. If you’re ACTUALLY concerned about your animal, and ACTUALLY want them seen - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Worst place ever! they did tests and misdiagnosed- osed my dog, took 5+ hours, did not care for her and she died in pain. ⚠️DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE WORST PLACE⚠️ should be shut down immediately.

I have trusted Dr. Parks with my pets ever since I was a little girl. This use to be a great veterinarian clinic however it has gone way down hill. The staff in the front is to lazy to do anything that requires the slightest bit of effort. Dont waste your time or money going here. There are animals hospital better suited to take care of any needs your pet may have and the staff is much friendlier, and willing to help.

I have taken my dogs here in the past and thought in some alternate universe memory they were good. Even though the exam is inexpensive the outcome was not and felt I got a run around of maybe this will help ...nothing is guaranteed ...so really not giving me the oooo lalas as to what I should put my pet through.... hope this helps go to the clinic next to the shelter trust exam is more but the staff is better and responsible.

Sunnymead has cared for two of our fur babies over the years. Each pup had to spend the night due to surgeries, and were treated so well! We don’t live close by but gladly made the trip to receive such great care. We highly recommend Sunnymead Veterinary Clinic to all of our friends and family

Bad customer service,I took about 1 1/2, hours there waiting in my car for my pet to be seen.they had called the wrong number for me to be seen,when I went up to the cashier,she said we called you a while back,just wait a few more minutes, those minutes were hours,but what got me mad is that she didn’t even apologize,she was extremely rude!!

They have been very professional and compassionate. Dr. Kim is amazing. The front office ladies I can never say enough about. I had to put my 13 yr old big boy Napoleon down. Because of tumors and other ailments. At the beginning of this Covid19 virus shutdown. Dr. Kim brought him to the back. So Nappy didnt have to be alone. It still painful today. But, he wasnt alone. I was also able to get his cremation done. Thank you so much again. Taking my little boys in Monday for shots.

I took my dog in for her teeth to be cleaned. They were very unprofessional. I made an appointment only to wait two hours in the heat in my car. When I received my bill they charged me for more teeth than they actually took out. Also I had a credit with the office and they added it to my bill. When I called the girl blamed it on somebody else instead of taking responsibility for the office staff. I was very unhappy about the way I was treated which made me nervous because my dog can’t tell me how she was treated.If you love your furry friends don’t bring them here. Other places in Moreno Valley are less expensive and friendlier. The only reason I came here was because I’ve been coming to Dr. Park for almost 40 years. Never knew he retired won’t be going back

NEVER take your pets here! You will wait 3+ hours for any service other than shots. Infections after surgery, and not a clean place at all. There are many other places you can take your pet. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!

Not happy at all about this hospital who take advantage and over charge customers that are vulnerable to save their fury loved one! First are dog was treated as emergency so that’s $350 1 hour later they come with itemized list of charges totaling almost $700 they had not even done X-rays to figure out the problem!! The parking lot was empty my dog was sti there they told us to go home then they would call us when I picked up the dog I still had to wait he had a broken leg ? Disc he was not even wrapped 😭🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️! So sad what veterinary doctors at least some have become don’t waste your time or money!

They had me waiting for 2 hours to get a vaccine. I had to remind them I was there. Then after I paid for the shot and saw them vaccinate a dog outside that had only been there for 30 min. I ask if there is a vaccine for de-worming because my cat has diarrhea. All of sudden they want to care and cant give my cat the ahot because she has diarrhea. They never asked the dog people anything, never asked me about my cats health. Nothing! These people are not professional have the nerve to roll their eyes as if I was the one who messed up! Im glad I told them about my cats diarrhea because I want her to be safe. But clearly these people dont care.

I took my Sadie there yesterday. Got there around.11am waited for over an hour. They gave.fluids twice and blood work. I finally left about.5pm. Sadie had a.hard night.last.night. I called them back today around 3pm but could get no information because the Dr is off. Now my way I would at least check into my office to see if any results came back if so call the family. I now have to wait until tomorrow even Sadie is still sick. The staff.is great . but I want to know how my babies is doing. They could have.called me to ask about her. I guess into todays time there is no such thing as courtesy. But as I said other than that they were great and I would recommend them.

Visited there many times with our pets and always had a very long waiting time over an hour. Most of the staff is rude and unprofessional . The Veterinarian doesn’t speak English well and is difficult to understand. He claimed he would take care of her then told us it would be $1000.00 to keep her overnight on an ivy and medication. We explained we didn’t have that money and we applied for credit Care . We were unable to come up with that amount so he charged us to do a parvo test and medication for antibiotic later on the same day. He claimed he would need to do blood tests that would be $1000.00. He also didn’t take good care of our family pet and misdiagnosed her. His staff asst. later told me he prescribed her medication for Girardia and sent us home with it. Our pet couldn’t even drink the medication when I was giving it to her. It seemed as if she wasn’t responding to it that evening. He didn’t stress she was dying at the time. He also didn’t explain to us how severe her condition was at that time after numerous visits the same day. He prescribed her medication for Girardia and she past away early the next morning. Most of their staff was unsympathetic towards us and our pets passing. When we brought her in that morning after her dying the front office staff told us to wait with her in the waiting room knowing she just passed away that morning. They kept us waiting for a long time before the Vet or anyone would bare us. One of the main nurses blamed me for her death and the Vet claimed then that she died of possibly poison or Liver Cancer by looking at her only. He claimed then she died of Liver Cancer. showed us she had jaundice in her mouth but hadn’t even looked in her mouth during her recent check-up prior to her death. He refused to reimburse us for medication he prescribed for Girardia. He was our pets main Vet for many years and they didn’t care about us or our pet. We paid for him to check our pet the day before she died and he charged us for visit, parvo test and medication which was over $100. We left not knowing why our pet of 14 yrs. suddenly passed away.

Worst vet ever! This place used to be good until it was taken over by the current veterinarian. You wait hours to drop off, pick up. The work is shotty, the people are rude, the prices are high. If you value your pets, DONT GO HERE!

When Dr. Par was there he had really good care for our dogs. The staff. Ehhh! The prices are good, but you pay the price in frustration and long updated waits. The process is horrible which makes the staff look unprofessional. This place can be making way more money with fury ones but the process is bad.

Dont waste your time here, go somewhere else. Made an appointment only to wait two hours in line and find out theyre only taking walk-ins. The lady who was at the counter pretty much said if you didnt speak to her and someone different was on the phone, its not her problem. Very unprofessional. I took my Boston Terrier there because he was diagnosed with diabetes the day before and my vet does not do any procedures at his office he just recommends you to the emergency vet in Murietta which I cannot afford so I took him to Sunny mead. He could not eat or drink, he was vomiting and pooping all over his self. Get there before 9:00 am and told they dont open til 10:00 am. So we see the doctor and he gives me 3 quotes since my dog had to stay. I only had $50.00 until Friday when my husband got paid. $770.00 for 3 days. I told them I have $50.00 now and can pay some on Friday. The doctor said no. The African American lady that works there and comes in and says it is $55.00 to euthanize him. She had the paperwork filled out and said sign here and I could not do it. She kept pushing me to sign the papers not even giving me a chance to think., I sign the papers and I am hysterical. This other lady that is tall, with long hair in a ponytail had been coming in and out cleaning up my dog and when she came in for the third time I said, I cant believe I have to do this over $200.00. She looked at me and said Is he fixable, and I said yes. She left the room and I heard her ask if he would get better if they let him stay. Then I heard her say This dog is staying and get him back here so we can get him started on fluids. So they took him back and a lady there gave me a number to get help with my vet bill and they gave me $300.00. I go to see him on the 2nd day he was there and he was in a kennel with no water and looked like he had never even got out to go to the bathroom because he was covered in urine and poop. I mean everywhere. His butt was raw and bleeding. I told them to get someone in there to clean him up. They sent some kid in and I had to make him do it over 3 times and he had to scrub it and it still did not come off. His bedding was disgusting and he stunk so bad, He had no life in him. Was not even happy to see me.So I asked them why he was like that and they said Oh that is just from a couple of hours ago when he was cleaned and his kennel was cleaned. They are liars. He never ever had been cleaned since he got there. To sick to bring home I left him another night and wished I hadnt. I went to get him the next day with the doctor telling me he had to stay 2 more days. I brought him home with an IV in him and still very weak. They gave me some meds and one of the meds they did not even have enough of. I have to go back and get the rest because they will not mail them to me and I live 45 minutes away from their office, It has been a week since he came home and is now doing great, His little butt is just about cleared up, and all it took is to clean it and some A&D ointment. I will never take my dog or any other animal there if they have to stay overnight.

Was told Has to have surgery then bring home that night. Sick all weekend went back Monday, said need to stay on IV a few days. Ugh. We have checked daily and no help. One person says doing better, then ask another opinion and was told no change 3 days out of 5 no vet doctor even in office. Was told doctor would call us back. Never did. Now dog has been there over a week and they say can come home with medication BUT want a fortune that we dont have. We told them in the beginning that owners son was devastated and mom in hospital since May. They dont care. By refusing to call us back on several occasions and not answering, they let bill run over 2000 that we dont have already paid a $1000 plus. I would never go there with my animal, only went there because my daughter ( in hospital) had been there before and they supposedly would give us a break. HUH. Break the bank, is more like it. Dont know what we can do????

They charge a lot, as if they were in an exclusive place and it is since the son of the previous Owner took over. Organizations that help animals do not recommend it. TERRIBLE service. Front desk staff are very rude, and this office obviously bit off more than they can chew. They seem to be overwhelmed with seeing too many patients everyday, resulting in bad attitudes and customer service. People love their pets, and expect to get sympathetic service and attitudes! Well, after seeing the current rating, I now understand why. I wish I checked first.I stood outside waiting for my dogs turn. Cant go in because of COVID-19. We paid over the phone when we first drove up, so I was not able to just leave. No expectations as to why an hour later I was still not serviced. The people were mean and short with me. I want to start off by saying that I do understand the issues that COVID-19 has brought upon many vet clinics, however, this was excessive. First off, every time I called, I waited on hold for anywhere from 15 to 35 minutes, even when they very first opened at 9am. I brought my dog in for several things a couple weeks ago. Her appointment was at 11:30am, and we didn’t get out of the clinic with the bill paid until after they closed, (around approximately 8pm). When we left, I wasn’t given a follow-up date. A week later I called back to get some more info on her surgery and stitches and made a follow-up appointment. The receptionist said she couldn’t give me any info on my dog’s condition or records, but she’d have the doctor call me later that day (surprise surprise, the doctor NEVER called me back!). So I made an appointment for the following week. The day of the appointment comes and I call in to confirm my appointment and the receptionist says that I don’t have an appointment for that day even though I made one! All-in-all, this place is very unresponsive and it felt very unprofessional. Being put on hold for half an hour and having to call them after they “closed” to ask if my dog was ready. I have a feeling that they were trying to get more money out of me because they offered to have her stay the night and have me pick her up the next day (I couldn’t because I had work). My dog is okay now, and since they apparently never actually made me an appointment, my mother who works in the medical field took her stitches out at home. I unfortunately don’t think I’ll be returning to this clinic.

First time going there but they really have the best prices around.. perfect for pet emergencies when you might not have too much cash for your pet. I loved it, there was a bit of a wait but the staff is really nice. Overall great experience would definitely recommend 👍🏼

Yesterday I took my chihuahua dog go for check. They are busy and everyone waiting at the cars. The nurse guy came to next me the car. He picked two medium size without leash dogs. He carried went inside. Lots dogs wasn’t had lash on. I saw the other girl nurse carried dog went inside to. So when he called my dog and my dog hiding under the chair. I gave to him and he very lude said oh my gosh no lash on to me. I really not understood him why he only has that bad attitude with my dog???Definitely I am not going that place anymore because he so lude to me and my dog

Staff in the front office is very rude they close at 7 pm and I was there 5:55 pm and they won’t take my dog for check up they should change there hours .

The recipients are rude and they tried to over charge my mom for no reason and said that both of my bulldogs are the same size when one is 22 pounds and the other one is 13 pounds and they dont have a actual vet .

Theyre not out for money, its their job and they need to be paid but theyre not in this to get rich like most veterinarians. I cant say enough good things about this place. Dont let the old building fool you.... Your baby is in the best hands here!! I rescue animals and I cant tell you what Blessing it is to be able to have them all cared for when needed! Dr. Parks makes medical care affordable for everyone and thats very rare to see now a days. I love this place, A HUGE Thanks to Dr. Parks and his staff for all you do for our fur babies!!! ❤

Since Dr. Parks, laurie and some others have left its just not the same caring. No more feral cat low sprays and neuteds. No conversation. Talked down to and if dont have $$$ they dont care. Glad Dr. Parks enjoying life though.

Waited and 1hr: 15mins and after calling and supposedly being checked in by front desk clerk at time of opening. Were then told to wait for doctor, 30 mins, which would have been fine if it didnt end up being a whole hour later. Need more communication from staff or within office. Then when we tried calling in to cancel the line was busy and to be later told over the phone we never signed in. P.s we also signed the dang clipboard that wasnt there at time of opening.

HORRIBLE service everyone is rude. I understand its a low cost vet but not worth it. Please save your pet and dont take them with this vet. SHE doesnt know what she is doing. I dont understand how this clinic is still open.

I was here for more than 4 Hours!!!! I let them know multiple times and they would only say “ ITS GOING TO TAKE A WHILE”EVERYONE WAS COMPLAINING!!! NEVER COMING AGAIN!!! BEEN HERE SINCE 2:55pm AND ITS ALREADY 7:02 pm!!! DONT COME HERE!!!

Ive been going to Dr. Park at Sunnymead Veterinary Clinic in Moreno Valley for several years. Dr. Park is very experienced, knowledgeable and nonjudgmental. He is also kind and caring and saves as many animals as he possibly can. He is a tremendous help with getting our rescued animals ready for adoption. He offers services of a low cost walk-in clinic and people drive from all over the area to go to him. Dr. Park is the only doctor seeing patients and it is a busy place. Since it is walk-in (first come/first serve; no appointment needed except for surgery), you might have to wait a while, which is to be expected. I talked to a woman who was bad-mouthing the place and she had never even been there! Come on people, dont run off at the mouth if you dont know what you are talking about! Thats not right! Sunnymead Vet Clinic is a good low cost clinic. Dr. Park could get a fancy new building and office, but then hed have to raise the prices......

Long wait time but it is always worth it. Great staff that is extremely caring. Couple of the assistants have been there for over 20 years and are very knowledgeable!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY GOT A NEW DOC AND HE DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING. SERVICE IS EXTREMELY RUDE. THEY EVEN DOUBLES ALL PRICES AND CHARGE FOR ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. DO NOT RECCOMEND TO BRING YOUR PETS HERE. WASTE OF TIME I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR OVER 6 HOURS AND THEY HAVENT EVEN DONE ANYTHING TO MY PUPPIES.

They saved my puppy from parvo when all other vets had written him off! He is a happy, healthy dog of 13 years now😁❤️but that was 13 years ago I dont know about now.

I’m going to go along with the customer review about dr. Parks being gone now. He is sadly missed. He really cared about our pets and would work with his customers 100%. He knew that even if we didn’t have the money right then and there- he would work something out for our dear pets. Now, the tables are turned! His son and that other doctor in there are going to loose a lot of business. Every time I pass through there the parking lot is thinner and thinner. I’ve been going there since 1987.. but no more. You can feel the negative energy as soon as you touch that door. Where are these doctors from? “Plastic Beverly Hills?” (Rip offs)!!

This place used to be affordable and great but Dr. Park retired and now his son is running things. He has raised fees exponentially! I brought my dog in for a quick surgery and instead of costing less than half of what the little boutique vet near my house charges for everything, (the way its always been), he is now charging 25% more than anyone else. This guy must be trying to get rid of all his dads customers. I know so many people that would come and wait in line for hours with their pet because they were so reasonably priced. Hes going to lose 75% of his business at least. Why would anyone go and sit for hours in line just to get ripped off and charged more than anywhere else? If youre one of the many people that come from far away, dont go, hes going to rip you off. Such a bummer, it used to be such a great place!

I got a little grumpy because of the wait, which in reality was only 2 hrs total. Not bad. Wellll WORTH the wait! My kitty is getting better after 1 week. he was suffering from ringworm overtaking his head, all crunchy and uncomfortable. Mindful, 2 previous vet visit to another... anonymous vet, were unsuccessful. :( Over a month of pain for poor kitty and 200.00 vet bill. Fast forward... Vet visit to Sunnymead Veterinary Clinic 1 week ago. In 1 short week my kitty is getting better, and the vet bill was much less... Thank you!

Terrible and horrible service. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. The office is not hygienic, it always smells bad and you can see it is very dirty. The staff is unprofessional and rude, I don’t understand how they can be sitting behind the desk helping clients and dealing with them. One of the many things that I dislike about this place is because I took my newborn PUPPY and they gave him a vaccine he did not need and 10 minutes later he DIED. The previous owner was really nice person but the new doctor is rude. I asked him about what was going on with my puppy and he said: “I don’t know, but I’m the doctor, so I’m the one who asks questions, you just respond”They have just increased prices and they are even more expensive than PRO VET.Bad experience and if you do not want to have a hard time do not go to this place.

We have taken all of our pets to him since 1989. He is a loving person who is extremely knowledgeable.Yes, you may have to wait a while, but it is worth it for the quality care.The hours are acceptable for almost anyone.I have highly recommended this office since we began.

Horrible customer service! I had an appointment and was waiting for over 2.5 hours to be called while they were taking all other walk ins before me. Not the mention they refused to fill my dogs prescription which I had been trying to get for a week. I will never go back again.

Place has really gone downhill.. Would not ever recomend been here a few times after coming here for years.. Just to see if possible the customer service and care for animals have gotten better since the older Dr. Parks have retired and it hasnt. Told twice now that the son or new Dr. Is in surgery.. While the one girl is playing on her phone. Coming all the way from Murrieta. Liked coming here. Wont anymore. This place is horrible now.

Customer Service: Horrible. Dont even bother making an appointment, if you can even contact them because the line is always busy. But if you do make an appointment expect to wait an hour and a half more.

I love this place. They have always been professional and courteous. Ive been taking my doggies for over 15years. Wish I had the money to spruce the place up about. They all deserve the best! Fundraiser? Im in!😄

I had the most pleasant experience,I know is a walk in Clinic, so yes there were a lot of people waiting but it only took us about and hour and they treated us real well the Dr. Park did 3 different skin test and blood test to make sure what was going on with my dog is been two weeks since I was there the first time and we know that my dog suffers from Dermatitis and she is so much bette an the prices compare to others it is so much difference Thank you all

This place is good for vaccines and vaccines only. If your dog is genuinely harmed or ill you may want to go somewhere else . Last time I was here I waited 4 hours for vaccines because they skipped over my name on the list and then closed for lunch, locking the front door with people still sitting inside. Despite the wait 20$ for a vaccine is as good as it gets. If it’s not an emergency, this place is ok. I’ve never had a real problem with the staff, just the way they run it.

The services rendered were fine but be careful when paying! Even though I initialed the possible extra services with the pricing listed next to each service they over charged me $100.00 on the $150.00 service I initialed and signed in agreement and said I was never quoted after running my debit card for the over charge. After about an hour they finally showed me my file with my signed agreement and again said I wasnt quoted until I pointed it out to them proving they had over charged me. Then they claimed not to know how to give credits after already charging my card. They supposedly figured it out but after calling the bank I see the over charge has gone thru but not the credit. I was actually referred here for the decent pricing since the animal was a local stray but after the time wasted and being over charged it surely is not. Id never recommend cause it was clear they just want to get as many patients in as they can along with slipping extra charges in claiming the prices increased. Price increase in the eight hours the animal was there? Thats ridiculous and unethical. Shame on them! They also arent great on their paperwork claiming the cat was a dog even though they still had the animal and didnt bother correcting their mistake. When I questioned if that could be why they over charged they said there was no difference in cost regardless of the animal and still tried to maintain it was $250.00 until their own paperwork proved they were lying. Ill never go there again and highly suggest staying clear of this place, at the very least review their charges carefully and make sure u get it in writing.

Honestly i love this place. When i got my kitten i got took him here they were honestly great. Before i had to put that cat to sleep i took him here too. This is place is very cheap and affordable. I would reccmond if your on a budget and just got a new pup or cat. Last year i got a rescue dog I took him here and its was great like last time i went. Even though waiting is kind of long id make sure to be here on weekdays or very earlier on a weekend. But anyways Id come here why well its cheap and I would support this vet office because they care more about animals than the money. Like i said when i lost my cat he had to stay a extra night Dr.parks made the price go down since it was really expensive too keep him there. Also I dont know why people complain about this place when really its great and awesome. I have always gone to here is the past 8 years and its awesome! Thank so much Dr.Park and his staff for helping all my pets. Its always been nothing but helpfulness when i go here ^^

The price is low buy what it will cost you in your fur babys health is too high.

I took my pet for a lot of nasal congestion..they told me my pet get a medicine injection to clear her nasal and still the same..she cant breath They didnt do anything just gave me some medicine and charge me $380.00 and I spend outside almost 5 hours since 11am with appointment til 4pm thats so ridiculous...plus customer service are so rude.

Im a breeder and I have taken my pups for their shots. Great courteous service would recommend.. Going in today for urgent care (another issue) will keep you guys posted as to the service... Great prices best in town.. Never had a problem with the puppies after they were vaccinated have been healthy..

I was told I would get my cats lab results in 16 hours time. I’ve called 10 times and each time they have been “too busy to give me the results.” It’s been over two days!!! I already paid for the labwork!!! Just please give me the results. Staff has been rude every time I have called. I will never go here again.

I took my dog went to for her shots today. I was so happy but when I left felt so angry. The only one nurse very mean and rude. She is really bad attitude . She looks unhappy a day at work. She doesn’t have any patient and nice talked to me. That’s so ridiculous!!! Even the front desk stuff looks so mean too. I really unbelievable how can they prove great service let customers trust them .She said working here 22 yrs but have bad attitude service experience . I don’t think I will trust her touch my pets even i am a human being she won’t nice with me. I really don’t recommend that place help pets. I even don’t want give them 1 start!!!

Don’t go here they are so unprofessional and the doctors kept saying different things were wrong with me dog.. They just want your money but they don’t care about you. They gave me wrong medicine and the next day my dog died . I blame this place for my dogs death.

Took a dog that I found three weeks ago there to make sure she was healthy. Had to wait for close to 1 and half hours but meet other owners and nice staff. I will make this her regular clinic. Nice place, affordable and great staff.

If I could have picked zero stars that is what I would have given this horrible place! They lost my daughters beloved rabbits cremated ashes! They have not offered her money back. They just keep saying call back tomorrow. It is horrible to see my daughter not only mourn the loss of her pet, but now THIS!

Ill never be able to thank Dr. Park for saving my dogs leg when she broke it. He was the 4th vet I saw before finally being able to afford the price he quoted me for the surgery. Precious vets wanted to charge me $1600 for the 1 surgery. Dr Park at Sunnymead only charged me $900 AND he threw in a spay too. So $900 for basically 2 surgeries + medication and around $15 for the initial appt/exam is basically unheard of! Ill never stop recommending him. He got my dog walking again! You can tell he genuinely cares about the animals.And for all the people saying they had to wait a long time before being seen... what do you expect from a vet that charges such AFFORDABLE prices? The waiting room was full the 2 times I went too. But hell, Ill wait all day if it meant hell save me several hundred or even a thousand dollars. I dont even live that close to Moreno Valley but the drive is worth the amount of money saved too.

Great staff! My wife and her family have been taking their pets here for years and I like how they work. Can get pretty crowded however, so prepare to wait quite a while if youre just dropping in, but your babies will thank you.

Worst treatment of my dog. would not recommend

I,ve been here more than 2 hours trying to pick up my dog. They keep telling people theyre under staffed, but this could go 3 times faster and it would still be too slow. There are 20 or so people in a waiting room that says maximum occupancy 10. Other customers are telling me its always like this. They are clearly taking on more customers than they can handle. Im never coming back.

If you care about your pet, go somewhere else. Theyll string you along even if your pet is terminal, over charge you, get your hopes up and add more charges, despite the inevitability. Take your pet elsewhere or roll the dice.On the flip side, if you enjoy waiting hours for your turn, this is a gold mine.

I cannot even begin to explain how terrible and unprofessional this clinic is. I most definitely do not recommend it. I went yesterday to get an ultrasound for my dog, they were going to charge me $135 for just that basic exam, EVEN PROVET AND BUTCHKO CHARGE $85 (and they are specialists) The former owner was so much more professional and nice, the new owner is disrespectful, rude, SO NOT PROFESSIONAL, the list keeps on going. Please don’t go to this clinic, you are wasting your time.

This place really needs to get it together. They say they take walk in at one time then they change it to another then another and then they close at 12:45! They barely answer the phone and they had me driving back and forth. Look I am just trying to get help for me dog I know that things are difficult right now but this was ridiculous.

I travelled 2 hours, dropped off 4 cats i have been fostering, on a first come first serve basis, waited around till 5:30 only to be told we do shelter cats last it will be tomorrow. So not only have cats who have already had a hard life been sitting in crates in a new environment will animals whining and barking all around them . But cats that i ve been struggling to get to gain weight havent had any food or water all day and now wont until tomorrow but i get to go 2 hours back down the road then come back tomorrow like i have nothing else to do and all the money in the world to do it with.

I called to get quotes and the connection on my side was not good. When I ask her the price for the second time she said I just told you saying that and the way she said it with attitudewas not professional at all.

Please Don”t bring your furry babies here if it’s an urgent care situation, they are over staffed and sometimes the nurses can be very rude...in my opinion the price is affordable but for the most part prices can be somewhat lower for lminor care like vaccines and infections. Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was horrible not only that they lost my dog chart, they forgot to treat my dog for dehydration and infection on a big lump she had in her neck. The next day I picked her up, they apologized for loosing the chart and not giving her treatment, I was very disappointed because they had already charged me $478 for a biopsy and IV and nothing was done and to top it all off, he referred me to another vet because he couldn’t perform this type of surgery and charged after charging me $750.00.. I ended up taking her to different vet who was more experience ..!!

This office used to be excellent and now I hate coming because the nurses are horrible. Super rude and always mad. The doctor is amazing but these nurses make me not want to come here. I believe one of them must of done something to my dog because when she got spade there she was very aggressive and the nurse was super rude to us for no reason at all.

Ive been coming here a few years, but today takes my cake. Their pretty signage says they open at 9 am on Saturdays, but by 9:30 were still standing outside. I finally knock on the door and get the attention of the staff, and she smiles and waves at me condescendingly. I ask if they open at 9 and she said at 9:45. When they finally unlock the doors, they dont even push it open for us to enter. Im just very disappointed with the service today.
