Worse experience Ever!! The worst customer service, Never in my life had to wait almost two hours for a blood work. They lost my wife’s paperwork and to top it off, They started to take in walk-ins that came in after my wife and they forgot all about her. Im reaching out to corporate to report this horrible service.

The two ladies that work in the front have no consideration for peoples time. They talk to patients like theyre dumb. I spent 2 hours waiting for them to to finally tell me they dont have your sons paperwork ive looked everywhere i left and came to another labcorp and they found my sons paperwork right away. Its actually quite disgusting in there and so unprofessional.

This location used to be a nightmare for me. Long wait time, and crowded. This morning I went onlinento labcorp.com found a same day appt, as a matter fact the appt time was 9am (it is 914am while I am writing this) I ENCOURAGE anyone who has a cell phone to .make an appt online. The confirmation will give you the check-in time . When you arrive you hit the link in the text message you receive, which allows them to know you are at the location. You will get a text letting you know that your tech is ready for you. Wait for your name to be called, they take your lab paperwork and if a room is available, you will be sent to the room and the tech comes in, takes your blood and you are done. I will ways use the appt method in the future.

I normally really like this place for what it is. They have fast service and are very attentive. My only concerns are they hours they operate and the fact that when I googled them they dont have a phone number I can reach them at. :/ Maybe someone can help updated that.

I was surprised, the staff was very courteous and they very nice to me on explaining what I needed to do for my Grand Daughter. Even the sweet Nurse that took my Grand Daughters blood, was very nice she even did it to where she didnt even feel it. Thank you so much for making my Grand Daughter feel at ease. I give you 5 stars.

I was given a Quest referral form by my doctors office. I thought I could use it at LabCorp, (the lab covered by my insurance) but wasnt sure, so I sent an email request on the companys website regarding that. No one ever responded. I twice dialed the number listed for the lab near me, but got a recording both times that it was disconnected or no longer in service. So I called another LabCorp location and was told that, yes, my Quest form was okay. Then I proceeded to make an appointment. I chose an available time, but by the time I got done completing the online form a couple of minutes later, I was notified that time was already taken, so had to start all over again. When I arrived for my appointment, the staff assured me that my Quest form was fine, but then couldnt figure out what tests I supposed to have based on the request. I ended up having to call my doctors office and then return to get a LabCorp form. I do give kudos to the LabCorp staff member who walked to the Quest lab next door in an attempt to figure out what tests I needed. Even though that still didnt provide enough information, I applaud her effort. She also told me not to worry about making another appointment, but to just come in when I had the new form, and they would treat me as if I had an appointment. Its because of her that I gave them three stars. That was excellent service.

Absolutely hate going to this lab Corp. Every single employee I have ever come into contact with at this location is extremely rude and VERY unprofessional. Several times I have come in NO ONE ever acknowledges the patients coming through the door with a “hello” or “how are you”. Every last person working there looks like they hate their job. Most of the time people going into the medical field do it because they enjoy helping others but at this location the actions of the employees clearly state the opposite. I’m sooooo tired of hearing about their personal problems and issues when I’m waiting in the waiting room so unprofessional especially when it is nothing but complaints. They seem so unhappy and honestly they should just bulldoze this raggedy building and replace everyone working and build a new location.

Awesome place.Staff is so nice.I recommend David to do bloodwork.My 5 year old didnt even flinch when he did her blood test!He is the bomb.Make appointment online.You will be in and out of there in 10 minutes. Two thumbs up 👍👍

This place takes forever. Like someone else said, they have you sign in, sit down, then call you up to get the lab requisite and insurance card, then you sit back down and wait. Why not do it all at once? Makes no sense. The employees lack customer service skills. Get it together.

I was amazed by how prompt, thorough, efficient, and friendly the staff were. Moreover, the technical skills of the phlebotomists! All my life I’ve had trouble with phlebotomists because of small veins, not here!

On arrival they have you sign in and sit down, instead of getting all your info as you sign in you wait 45 minutes or so then they call you for you information and you wait another 20-30 minutes to be called. The two ladies at the front desk have very lil customer service skills and the office is just plain slow. I do not recommend anyone use them unless the office has less than 4-5 people waiting. Horrible service I wish I could give a negative star. Back office is ok.

Place looks like even 3 world nations would reject they use coffee cups for specimen collection people are rude and slow but guy drawing blood was real nice he must be lost Cuz his attitude was different from everyone else

The worst! The employees have no professional customer service! They are rude and are always gossiping about patients or coworkers. They take FOREVER to call you in so you hear and see a lot. If I didnt have to come here I wouldnt but my doctor only through them.
