Best barber shop in Moreno Valley all the guys in there are very helpful and know how to cut hair so if you go there dont worry youll get a good cut

I normally cut my sons hair, but my son decided to let someone else cut it. He loves the haircut. He likes the guy who did it (Robert) I think that’s his name!! Did a great job!

This place is highly recommended. The Barbers are funny and friendly and the place is really clean.

Barber was in a rush with my hair and was super rough with my head, scratching me And all, taking unnecessary breaks to be on his phone.. anyways I Showed him a pic of exactly how I wanted it, and how it usually comes out. And it looked nothing like what I asked for. Sides were un even and he went to high on my fade from the back. Luckily it was just a one time cause my original barber was just out of town for the weekend so I definitely won’t be back. You bet I didn’t leave a tip.

I was starting to visit this barbershop once a month, but the last time a barber messed up my hair by cutting it unevenly. He finished the right side of my hair by leaving it noticeably longer than the left side. I ended up having to get my haircut again a week later at a different barbershop!I liked the first two barbers who cut my hair, but even when trying to schedule with them, there’s no guarantee they’ll see you in a timely manner.The barber actually ended up walking away from me for 10+ minutes to help another barber cut a guy’s hair. I think by the time he came back to me, he just didn’t care and wanted to finish my cut quickly.I didn’t notice how badly my hair was cut until I went home, showered and put on gel afterwards.

So I went to this place. This is my first time going here, I saw the reviews so I decide to check out, I didnt like how this guy cut my hair plus he cut my neck few times and the gap of my hair line was way to open...bad service never back to the place...

I’m so sorry I haven’t posted a review until now.My uncle is in his 70’s and mentally handicapped. Although we do not live together, I visit as often as I can. A few years ago while out to lunch together he said “I need a haircut. Is there a barbershop around here?” I didn’t know the area but did notice we passed one on the way to have lunch so we decided to swing by and see if anyone had time without an appointment.The place was busy, loud and filled with a much younger crowd, however, we were greeted warmly and told it would be about 30 minutes. To my surprise, my uncle was fine with that so we waited our turn.My uncle has hair everywhere except his head. These guys clean him up well and treat him like every other customer. He loves coming.Fast forward to a few years later... I think most of the barbers have taken care of my uncle. Always awesome. He wants to come even when he really doesn’t need it.We never make an appointment - for all of those complaining - make one or wait patiently. You wouldn’t want them to rush your experience, why expect them to rush someone else’s because you planned your time poorly. If you like your cut, tip accordingly. These guys pay a lot in order to lease the space and the chairs. I’ve watched so much “art” walk out of that place and a lot of customers seem only somewhat appreciative. These guys deserve better.Thank you so much to every barber. My uncle and I truly appreciate you all!!

There was little wait, and although the actual time it took to finish my hair was long, it was well worth the wait. The barbers take their time with your hair, making sure everything is looking good before they show you. Along with the amazing barbers, the shop itself was very well put together, with classic music, cold blowing ac on a hot summer day, a tv to keep up with news, and an overall relaxing, laid back atmosphere that went well with the stylish interior. Although the price of 20 dollars for a haircut is a bit higher than those of competing local salons and barbershops that promotions include 5-7 dollar cuts, the price is well worth the end result. Highly recommend and will be going again.

Pretty pricey other wise I would give it 5 stars haircut was 20$ plus 5$ tip I think a haircut should be between 12-16$ plus other trimmings beard ecteteera but would rate 9/10 in quality. Barber was friendly

Don’t waste your time going here, I schedule an appointment with them and ended up waiting 40 mins so I just left. This place seems to not value their customers, so do your self a favor and go else where.

Legit cuts, dope environment and the barbers are very skilled definetly will be coming back.

These guys are very welcoming, great customer service most of all my son loved his haircut and the barber. We did not get the barbers name but, we will be regulars at this spot😊

If your not a local or know them personally DONT go there. They will say they are all booked with appointments. They will send you to the rookies to mess up your hair.The worst part is that the owner or manager doesnt even step in to help or check on the customer. Poorly ran and managed. Expensive price to pay for an ugly cut.$20 hair cut / $10 line up / $10 beard

The guy on the left bottom corner the 2nd one up, best cut I’ve got so far ! Took his time making sure it came out quality. Accepted me as a walk in and later assured me that they usually only take appointments. He drives the sick ass Dodge Ram 🤘🏽 Very mannerd . Recomendable to go there

Clean cuts.... made me feel like i could get some bitches just because of the haircut it self.And i aint joking.

I came in to this place and the 2 employees were not very friendly. My child had to say hi to them first. There was only 2 clients in the chair. They never even bother saying how long was the wait. This is place is no place for parents to bring their children. Robert and another employee were talking so vulger and profanity words the whole 50 minutes none stop. Another employee came in and did not want to cut my kids hair. He told the other employee naw I dont want to handle and continued being on his phone. As a person that has worked in customer service for many years I have to say that the owner really needs to talk to his employees that their personal life stays at home. Employees need to understand the word professional. Its best to have quality and best customer service. It taints the name of your company. I came to another place to cut my hair and other potentional clients were also here talking about the same sitiuation of this babrber shop.

Long wait sometimes but when you get in that chair, these guys focus on your fade for a good 30-40 minutes straight.

Went in today and was helped by gio. Pretty damn good job

They take thier time to make sure the client is satisfied. But they take a while but they know what their doing. :)

Worst haircut of my entire life. I will refrain from using profanity, but if allowed I would use all of it.Robert kept forgetting what I asked, he took 1hr 30 min with a horrible cut. I asked him to edge my beard and I had to remind him. He Didi not use a razor he just eye balled it with the machine. WORST PLACE EVER DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Down to earth guys, felt like Ive known them forever. Happy customer walking out with a fresh fade👌
