I just bought my car a few weeks ago and with the hot summer weather coming soon, I wanted to get my windows tinted ASAP. I also wanted to get some parts of my car (door edges, door handle cups) wrapped with clear film to protect it from dings and scratches. I did some shopping around for prices and availability, but those werent the only deciding factors for me. I was looking for someone professional and eager to help me. Thankfully, I found Juan! Juan was able to work me into his schedule the very next day. He was very nice, very professional, and I highly recommend getting your car tinted here.

This Review was made on 12-09-2019.The date we got the car tinted was on 11-29-2019.The reason why I’m putting this review about 1-2 weeks from the initial start is for the tint film to cure.———Front windshield: noneFront left and front right: 70% 3M CrystallineRear left and rear right: 20%Rear windshield: 20%———My aunt was looking to get her brand new 2020 Civic Sport tinted and I found this place for her. The person that has done the tint job is Juan. It was my aun’s first time my aunt had a tint job done to her car. She had so many questions and Juan was patient to answer all of them. After the tinting was complete, we left the building and found a noticeable scratch on the rear left side of the car. We went back 15-30 minutes after to talk to Juan and debated whether there was a scratch in the glass or in the tint film. Juan offered to remove the tint film and replace it. The result was that the scratch was in fact in the film and not the glass window. The car only has a few hundred miles since it was brand new. I give it my fault for not checking but also Juan’s first, since all the windows that were given a tint job before we left. Juan proceeded the tint replacing. We then decided to double check all windows. There were a few smudges but that was because of the solution that was used to stick the film to the windows. At the time Juan was going through a family issue. Though he admitted he felt rushed with what was happing with his life, he dedicated to do his job properly. I 100% would recommend coming back to him to get another tint.

Juan did an excellent job on my car. I had the 3M wrap and window tint installed at the same time and he did an excellent job on the install. He took his time to ensure everything came out right. I would highly recommend him!

Called to schedule appointment and was told over the phone I did not need one and that they could take me at the time I was going to arrive. Showed up an hour before I was told he could take me and they told me it was too late! so I asked to schedule me an actual appointment the next day and they said they’d put my name down just to get there at the same time then I get there earlier again and they were closed. Either the owner doesn’t seem to know his own hours decides to close even when an appointment is scheduled.

This place has bad buisness.. I was told that i had to give money to hold my appointment and when I showed up for my appointment doors were locked no one was there.. Made phone call and no one answered.. Left message No phone call back.. Then all of a sudden phone had so many messages that couldnt leave any more messages.. Came back to office next day again doors locked no one was there. Spoked to other business owners no one seen them...So went home then all of a sudden called and was able to leave messages again.. NO CALL BACK..WENT THERE 3 MORE TIMES SAME SITUATION.. BUT WAS TOLD BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE TO PAY MONEY TO HOLD APPOINTMENT... WHEN. SPEAKING TO TWO OTHER SHOP OWNERS THEY SAID THEY SEEN HIM THE NIGHT BEFORE.. SO THAT MONDAY HE FINALLY CALLS ME AND TELLS ME THAT I CAN COME GET MY MONEY BACK THE NEXT DAY AND NO SHOW AGAIN.. SO I.CALLED POLICE AND MADE INCIDENT REPORT AND WILL BE TAKING HIM TO COURT... After a month going by they made it right by giving me my money back...

Juan helped me out and did an amazing job on my window tint! If you need tinting done dont be afraid to ask him questions about what you want. He charges fair price and he does not hide anything from you, which is something you might want to consider when you are paying for something that is not cheap. If i get another vehicle I will bring it to him! Thank you Juan you are the best!

I went there because the place I went to previously to have my windows tinted at pretty much blacked them out and I couldnt see out of them. I asked for my two front windows an my back windshield to remove old tint and have medium tint put on... Dropped it off at 2:00 p.m. didnt hear from them at all. I called them at 6:30p they told me my car wasnt ready theyd call me 15 minutes before it was ready and hung up... 8p came around still hadnt heard from them. I sent them a message saying I was coming to get my car it was getting late and I have kids that need to be in bed... they finally called about 10 minutes after I sent that text said to give him 30 more minutes and they call me to come get my car... 9:30p came around and I was over it I decided to just show up cuz I was tired of waiting . When I got there the shop was completely black and locked up like everyone was gone.. I called them and they told me the guy would be there shortly with my car I dont know why it wasnt at the shop being tinted or where the guy was even coming from they didnt tell me.. 30 minutes later dude drive up in my car. It was absolutely not what I asked them to do at all... it looks like theres no tint at all or very light tint on them but its not medium tint. Only reason Im giving them two stars is because they did a great job but they took way too long they didnt communicate at all with me and they didnt give me the shade of tint I asked for...

Wow, I didnt think almost 11 hours for a window tint job of a small vehicle was possible. If you value your time and value integrity, Dont Come Here! Dropped my car off right when they opened at 8am. They said they guarantee the job will be ready by 6pm. I Uberd it there at 6, turns out the shop is closed! Everything locked up! I called the business line and the tech answered and said we are at our other location right now... With MY car! I never once gave permission for them to drive it! So, they stole my car??? I was annoyed and just paid and was getting ready to leave, then I noticed the visor strip was not tinted, they never did it even though I paid and was charged for it! I called and they did it but that took almost another hour!!! Like I said, Shop Elsewhere, there are better tint shops that take integrity seriously!

Set appointment for Tint installation on my new truck for next day. Showed up to business 10 minutes before appointment time, shop was closed and locked. Took 3 calls to finally get they guy to answer, he didnt remember what time, or what was to be done, and told me he was in L.A., because he ran out of materials.Wanted me to just leave the truck.....🤣🤣🤣........😡😡. I left work early to be there, and couldnt even get a phone call saying he wouldnt be there. After hanging up on him, tried to call me back.🤣🤣SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! DONT USE THIS GUY!!

They gave me an appointment for 1:30... but I found out from the shop next door they close from 1-3pm. I drove back at 3 pm and they were still closed. I waited until 3:40 pm and they still weren’t there. Why even open a shop if they can’t even be professional about there business. I’m giving them a bad review and taking my business elsewhere. This place is not worth my time.
