This auto mechanic shop is a rip off. They charged $ 375 for a diagnostic on my Mercedes. I asked them in the beginning do you service Mercedes 😒 Yes! YES MOST DEFINITELY! Second question once diagnostic is done will the $375 be applied to the bill if service would be done by Js Family Auto. No! I was told & that $375 is reasonable if I was to take it to Mercedes they would charge me $700. Of course I found this strange that they would not honor the charges of diagnostic to actual repairs once they found the problem. Well unfortunately they couldnt give me the diagnostic. Took my money. Told me to go to the Mercedes dealership for service because they can not fix it or have no idea whats wrong. Dont allow them to take advantage of you.

Wow super kool attitude they whent as far as letting me buy my own brakes at auto zone so that my price would me more reasonable. When I was there I seen customers returning with a check ingine lite on and they service it free of charge.. not a local around here but they made me feel as If they where my neighborhood mechanic.

My husband took my car in because it’s been wanting to over heat so they said it was a fan. They replaced it.But when my husband went to pick up the car the worker popped the hood himself to show the work they had done. Didn’t think anything of it. Once my husband got home he asked me if I wanted to see what they had showed him. So we went out and he popped the hood and before he can even open it, I noticed right away a dent on the edge of my hood with some white paint. They left a dent on my car!!! Very Rude and unprofessional. We live 10 minutes walking distance and my husband walked to get it from the shop and came straight home. It’s very upsetting I trusted them to do work to my car and in return also getting a dent. I just hope their work is as honest as the dents to my car because we did just pay good money just now. I recommend you check your car before taking it in so you know if they leave anything on your car.

I took my car in to get a tire changed and the mechanic broke my sensor then couldn’t admit that he did it. Very unprofessional and it’s a family shop so you know the mechanics aren’t certified. They all family. Save time by going somewhere else. They will mess up your car. Then act like you did it like you didn’t just drive it there.

They do a great job showing and communicating what needs to be fixed and why. Very friendly and good prices.

I received excellent service from Js Family Auto and was very satisfied with the results.

Drove my sisters smart car in to check the leaking radiator. They told me to leave it and they would check it out. They call me two days later saying it needed a new motor and that it did not want to turn on nomore. I was very clear with them that I drove the car in and why are they giving me the car not turning on. They said they didnt know and to top it off they charge me 75 bucks to get my keys back. What can I say actions speak loader than words...

Junior and Bobby are awesome as well as the other mechanics. They are the most honest and honorable mechanics I have ever seen in my life. They are quick, honest and very caring about your situation and try their hardest to help you out as much as they possibly can. It took over 30 years but we finally found our family mechanic.

Good service. Though it takes a long time for a simple repair. Even I could have done the repair in half the time. I kept an eye on the mechanic and thank God I did. He was going to pour the bad gas back into my car. What I really like is that I have a classic car and they are willing to take the steps I want to do the repair the way I want it done.

Fast and very affordable

Had my shocks, struts,brakes done here. Had to wait a couple of days because old car. And they had to do additional work. These guys were very professional and my car has been running great. I will have all my car repairs done here from now on.

The worst place to take your car, I took it in for something which seemed easy, fast, and simple and ended up messing something else up. I took my car 5 days straight and still didnt fix the problem. I gave up!!! save your money and most importantly your time because if you start with them youll never finish.

They rip you off. Super pricey and you have to make sure you know what your car needs to get done if not they just rip you off.

Ive took two vehicles here already. And theyve come back with something else wrong. They dont own up to there mistakes and will try to make it seem like its your fault. Anyways save yourself a headache and fustration. Do not go here. Not honest and careless about what they do. They should be more professional about how they talk to there female customers. Women are not idiots when it comes to there cars. They should have more respect no matter how difficult a customer may seem. Its there way of transportation and it cost money to have theese things fixed and for it to have something wrong with it a couple days later is completely unacceptable.

Just moved here from North Carolina,me and my wife’s only vehicle just has major problems.I looked up and called multiple repair shops,and every shop I called gave me a price that I couldn’t fulfill.When I called this shop the customer service was excellent,the mechanics very helpful,even to the point of letting me use there vehicle to run an eran while I was waiting.It was a blessing meeting these amazing people.Definitely 5-star treatment and service.

Extremely angry paid almost 700 dollars my suspension I paid for is not tightened down drove down to lower desert with loose struts also a damaged air filter they ripped and told me I need a new one it has a k&n but they never bothered to tell me they ripped it I called k&n they never said anything about oil leakage ever being an issue even they asked for pictures so they would fix but the damage happed at this shop is I have to fix the loose struts on my own they should at least call to replace filter and some sort of reimbursement for me having to tighten my own suspension not only that but stripped the bolts on my front end never had issues like this before worst experience ever considering the amount of money i spent there we will see if they call to fix all of this

Please dont bring your car here, Especially for any major car repair. Customer service is horrible. Brought my car in to have my timimg chain fixed and have had continuous problems ever since. After thousands of dollars and One year later my timing chain is now in need of repair and the owner wont even look at it. Worst experience ever! Will not recommend this nor the one on Sunnymead to anyone.

Total scammers!! My poor daughter has spent hundreds with them, and she STILL has the SAME problems!! Got the car towed there cause it wouldnt start, days and hundreds dollars later, we had to get a JUMP just to leave their shop!!!!
