Very good massage just to much talking relaxing but the talking was over board. I came to relax .

My massage therapist was amazing; however the administration/lower level management leaves MUCH to be desired. You should be VERY wary of putting your faith or trust in them.

I booked an appointment to use my Mother’s Day gift card and I was so excited to just relax. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t hit the mark...it included a great deal of talking and more stretching than massaging to include a diagnosis to come back for my sessions. 😞 Not what I was looking for at all. After the online questionnaire, the check-in questionnaire on the iPad and the brief conversation with the therapist before the session makes me wonder where the miscommunication was? How to ask a massage therapist to stop talking 20 minutes in so you can just relax without feeling uncomfortable granted you’re face down on a table 😩😩 is something I wonder as well. 🤔

Moreno valley location has the poorest customer service !! I had 6 months contract membership but they are keep charging me even after my membership has ended. I am very frastrated with their communication system. I can’t reach them by phone, email or anything at all. I just don’t understand when they are closed for business or services then how come they are keep charging for the service that they can’t provide? what kind of messed up auto system that is? just because they have my credit card on file they can’t keep charging me ? For covid-19 i understand that they are close but they have charged me because I have membership but when my membership has ended why are they still charging me? I am very unhappy with their lack of response !! If their business closed for rest of the year and they are keep charging me for whole year even when i’m no longer their member, I don’t know what should I do? should I get legal assistant? Why would they bill me or charge me when i’m not getting their services with non-membership customer? How stupid their system is? Hope somone notice this and contact me or solve my problem!! Thank you🙏

I had an awful massage... Just boring... Thought about getting up and walking out a few times! I told the owner when she asked how it was. And, she pulled the therapist out and made me tell her to her face i wasnt impressed. She just walked away.. The owner also barely cared... I would never come here again!

I am getting very annoyed with the lazy massage style these therapist have. Sporadic from point to point not focusing on the request. I just finished my massage session and feel like some cat walked across my body. I said I wanted calf, forearm, and slight back. And the lady was not focused at all. She said at the end try getting the 90 min. Session so we can focus more. These kids are lazy. Wow..

Nothing personal, but i have to rate one star because if i clear out 3 hours of my day for an appointment and there was miscommunication on your end about whos supposed to be working, i dont get that time back. An enhancement doesnt even come close to fixing the issue

Choosing to go and get a massage for the first time, I was really nervous; I thought it was going to hurt,I dont know why, but I did. Too my surprise, my visit turned out to be a great experience! I really enjoyed the massage, Star who was my massage therapist, as well as the front clerk were so nice, welcoming, and made my first time visit an enjoyable and comfortable experience. I will definitely be going back again.

Today I went in with so much pain in my lower back, the staff welcomed me with kindness and the massage therapist Marcus was wonderful. He made me feel comfortable and really understood what needed to be done as far as healing my pain. After, I felt so relaxed and the pain subsided, I’m definitely going back. thank you 🙏

Moreno Valley needed this place! I love getting massages and facials and just getting pampered. I mean who doesnt? I have been struggling for a while to find my regular place and here it is. So many things to try, such friendly faces and such pamper sessions! They even have couples rooms and relaxation rooms for before and after your session! Love the crew!

My second time here, I have always receive excellent service and outstanding customer service at the front desk. The Manager is also very friendly and was willing to work with me in regards to scheduling and re-scheduling. Very positive experience.

Loved it, my PT recommended I get a massage. I was hesitant at first but this was a great experience, start to finish. The customer service was friendly and attentive, and the therapist made me feel comfortable and paid attention to the issues i went in for.

This location does not honor appointments. After becoming a member, I had to reschedule an appointment which I was okay with. On my Fathers birthday, I transfered a massage to him, payed the fee, and the masseuse was 1 hour late. After several calls, I was finally able to cancel my membership, only because they forgot to put a date on my contract. Finally, I wanted to use my last massage because it was already payed for, and the owner once again asked me to reschedule. When I asked for her name, she said she would call back, and hung up on me.

The over all environment is very clean and relaxing. made me feel comfortable knowing I was in a professional setting.

Massage Envy is a GIMMICK! The massage was okay and a good price for the first massage. After, you 1st visit that try to get you to sign up for a monthly services but they dont tell nor does it say on the paperwork that you CANNOT Cancel. Greez the owner advised I could can in 24 hours to cancel... I called back the same day to cancel and she LIED and said she never told me that. They also, charged me for services I never received! Yes, I did get money money back but it was only because I demanded it after going in several times.

This location is impossible to book an appointment at unless its weeks out, unfortunately our schedule doesnt allow that kind of freedom. We have prepaid appointment that we are unable to use because the time slots arent available when we have time to use them. This wasnt the case when we first signed up.

Dont let them get you to purchase a package deal here simply because the massages here are just not worth it!
