Called KMA from Oregon to work on my mother’s home in Southern California. They gave me a great quote so I scheduled them. The technician was very friendly and professional. The work was done in a timely manner and VERY clean. Will definitely be using them again as I continue the remodel.

Was told 7 to 14 days to fix ac unit. KMA said they will fit us in within 24 hours. This was very important in the middle of the heat wave of above 100 degree weather. They knew it was miserable out and were willing to go the extra mile. Even if it made them late home for dinner thank you KMA it is very refreshing to know there is a company out there that truly cares about people

Value is typically a word used regarding cost. I find value in experience, professionalisim, skill, and reliability. KMA has always provided these to me and in my profession, THAT is where I find value!! KMA has always dealt fairly with me when it come to any job, and most often comes in with the best price of my three or four bids. The times that they have come in a little higher than I was able to deal with, they were happy work with me to make it work. KMA is a Commercial Property Managers best friend!

I have been using KMA for years. It is difficult finding a reliable company with integrity and ability. Most of the time you cant get either and at best you may get one or the other. With KMA, you get BOTH!!I use KMA exclusively on my commercial properties but recently, to renovate my house inside and out. The process is taking longer than I would have liked but the results are incomprable.

I leased a space in Colton that was vandalized prior to my move in. KMA was called and sent to clean up the broken window [retail center] and repair and paint the drywall. There were four significant holes and I truly could not see where they were, the work was flawless. The color match was amazing, considering the color had to be custom. I was very thankful for their prompt response and quick work. I was worried it would delay my move in but there wasnt a delay. I asked the property manager for their number for my home and other offices.

This company is unreliable, does not stand by their product and does not care about their customers. DONT USE THEM. My grandparents got horrible respiratory problems from a unit that they paid $20,000 for and didn’t work AT ALL. SAVE YOURSELF. USE SOMEBODY ELSE.

My entire parking lot was flooded, water was shut off to my tenants. After breaking ground it was discovered that we had a failing glue joint. I was suprised to hear the actual estimate after hearing the bad news. KMA used 2 90s and 2 Baker couplings, not glue. Becaue he was mindful enough to use a mechanical fix he was able to provide an instant restoration of water to tenants AND it wont fail. CLEARLY I have a new plumber!!!!!

Dont ever call back, did good work in 2014 when I had AC/Furnace installed however, whenever there is a problem I have to leave a message and they never call me back. Ive had to pay for other companies to come fix some issues.
