The team at Personal Touch has blown away every single expatiation I have had in the last 3 weeks. Personal Touch has always done a great job with anything weve ordered. Just with any business, mistakes do happen, however, they want to make sure the product they give you is what youve requested. They have always offered to fix any mistakes made without delaying the process of receiving the correct order. We have used them on multiple occasions including multiple orders of items for our wedding and we have always been extremely satisfied with the final product. They are a local company that does work just as great, if not better, than large, nationwide companies and they set themselves apart by offering exceptional customer service that most companies lack.

Highly reccomend. Staff is very professional and courteous. Get all of my business embroidery done here for last 15+ years. Orders have been on time and have always exceeded expectations. On the rare occasion a mistake is made, they jump through every hoop possible to make it right.

I brought in blankets to get embroidered. I was very specific with what I wanted. When I get the blankets back the writing was in the wrong color and the lettering was three different sizes. The whole thing looked like a child had done it. The workmanship was awful! I brought the blankets back in and they were nice to me upfront but blew me off I had to call numerous of times and three weeks later I finally was told they were done. I will Never go back there again!

Absolutely outstanding service! I placed a last minute order for a work anniversary plaque. Ben and his team had the plaque engraved and shipped to me in less than three hours so I could have it before my quick deadline! Ive order from them many other times. They are always willing to go the extra mile to exceed your needs!

Very Poor. I will never order from this facility again. They messed up our schools order - where we gave them a large portion of business - and have done an absolute terrible job fixing the problem. Our order form was due in the beginning of October 2017. Stuff was supposed to be in by the first week of Nov. 2017. I got 1/3 of my order in the middle of November. Another one of the items in January. And I STILL have yet to receive my final item - currently APRIL 2018.Absolutely Terrible.
