I love my therapist and the service is good and I love it

The Village is such a great resource for our community! I have referred several people to them and all have come back and said that they had an amazing experience, the staff was educated and professional, and that the Village has helped change their life. We are lucky to have them as a resource for our kids and families in the area. Keep up the great work you do!

Giant waste of time. You cant schedule appointments online despite it being advertised that way. You can only request that someone calls you. Miss the phone call like I did and they dont call back. Ive called multiple times and get no answer.Because Im struggling with anxiety my mom tried to make an appointment for me, she called several times no answer, and went to the clinic where she was told she cant schedule an appointment for me. They did send me email links to paper work at this point.Now I cant complete the online paperwork because it just links me to the webpage where I cannot get the forms to load properly or allow me to sign them as needed. Using a Surface Pro with Adobe software, if theyd send me a PDF I could complete it, but no Ive got to do it on their broken website.Dealing with this company has been stressful and had a negative impact on my mental health. They are a joke in my eyes. Im done wasting time on a business that wont answer its phone to schedule appointments.

Our community is so lucky to have The Village! The Moorhead location is simply the best whether it be for parenting groups, out-patient sessions, or therapist who come in the home. I have only heard great experiences from clients!

Great mental health service for kids. Friendly staff. Very accommodating to a client’s needs.

Very good at draining your bank account since insurance doesnt cover one red cent only a small provider discount. Not a finite number of visits either so no way to budget for the huge hit you will take ( almost 200 dollars each visit).

Didn’t seem to care about their patients called two separate times to speak with our counselor about getting in sooner due to reasons with my child’s behavior never got a call back went and found a new counselor that cared about my child
