Got my gas and went inside to get a apple pie my sister told me about. A huge pie tasted like home made. The cost was $7.99. A good price for such a big pie. Will do again.

I go to Sams club at least once a week. Being a family of 10 its a must to be able to do both shopping at a reasonable price. Not only do they have everything youre looking for but their staff are helpful and friendly. Theyre all so well stocked up on items. I prefer Sams club over Costco. Been a member at Sams club since 2010

Discrimination at its best at the Mooresville, NC location! Around 7pm last night, we used the scan and go and my child accidentally scanned his drink twice. The register allowed us to remove the item but needed a clerk to approve the transaction before we could finish our purchase. There was a blonde clerk standing in front of us with her back towards us. She was on her phone. My husband and I called over for her and when she turned around, she didn’t acknowledge us, totally disregarded us. She instead went to the Caucasian woman next to us. We are Asian. The clerk clearly saw that we were waiting on her and continued to ignore us then proceeded to walk away, not once saying a word to us. At that point I got frustrated and yelled out at her. She turned around and yelled at us, in which I responded, “You should’ve said something!” She stomped away. Maybe she assume we didn’t speak English but could read minds, because the communication was never there. Not even a, “Sorry, I’ll be right back.” After a couple minutes of still not being able to check out, I started to move our items to another self checkout register and ANOTHER clerk finally came to clear us. I hate that my 4 year old had to witness such discrimination. That one clerk was so foul that I will never take my family back again.

Today was my last shopping experience at Sams club. They’ve added more self checkouts, and two cashiers to service a Sunday afternoon crowd. We already pay for memberships now we also are forced to use self checkout.

Sams always has everything you are looking for and from a big box store comparison I cant see how they can be beat. They have a great balance of unique brands plus name brands that I dont see in the other stores. When your wife gets on your for wandering to much obviously their is good selection. High five highly recommended!

Terrible, waited 20 minutes just to buy a battery, they were not even busy so no excuse and then when I returned the old battery I waited even longer before being helped. Horrible customer service.

I will start by saying this is a very clean and well organized store. I have yet to see this store dirty and enjoy shopping here but wish they would sell some items that they fail to cary. We occasional use the curbside service and the employees who do that job are much friendly than the ones who stock and run the cash registers. We will continue using curbside pickup as part of your shopping here.

Ordered a mattress online. Curbside pickup worked as its supposed to. Got some diesel at a good price too.

Im at Sams at least twice a week. Love the Mooresville store. Always clean and well stocked. Never had a bad experience there.

After having an injury, I decided to use the pickup service and it is Very organized and the Sams employee put groceries in trunk very neatly I will forever do this thank you so much

Their tire warranty road hazard free rotation and life of the tire fix a flat life of the tire isnt worth the paper its written on they decide if your tires were out. Walking in the store and see how busy theyre tired department is theres a reason its that way

We always love shopping here at the same club in Morrisville North Carolina. It is a great place to go to get good prices. The employees are always friendly the places claim and they have many options to choose from. Its also easy to return items if you need to bring them back for some reason

Good prices on meat this week but they still havent had the five pound blocks of cheese all year. That was one of the main reasons why I have a membership there.

I had good experience there. There was plenty of parking, the aisles were neatly swept and maintained. The associated there were friendly and thanked me for my business. There wasnt that much of a delay between getting my items and processing my order. I noticed that this particular clubs order pick up area was neatly organized. And the staff was willing to help me. They keep items moderately priced and signed fairly. If you like saving extra money, take advantage of Sams Clubs Plus Membership Program. All members can benefit from the Scan and Go app on their own smartphones or mobile devices. You can easily skip waiting in a line with this handy feature. The facilty is accommodating despite current COVID19 protocol. I recommend bringing a mask but, the club also provides disposable masks and gloves. Happy Shopping!

Not enough items priced lower than what you can buy not in bulk

Firstly, In person the staff is nice and I am able to find what I need and get help out to my car if I ask. Secondly I use the scan and go because it is convenient and after walking the aisles for 2 hrs I dont want to wait in a line to rummage through all the bulk. Finally the two star rating. I am completely baffled as to how I am getting a different experience regarding a scan and go malfunction from my in person experiences. On Sept 16 my bank was charged twice for an entire purchase scan and go malfunction. I brought it to a sale associates attention and I was advised to call Sams and notify them that my purchase was duplicated because thats IT not store. I called and was told by the 1-888# that the store is able to handle the discrepancy in store and provide the refund. I was placed on a three-way call with the IT and store and we verbally confirmed that the store saw my purchase was duplicated and that a refund was in process. I was then told by the manager that it would take WEEKS for the refund to get back to my bank account. I questioned him but he didnt seem to have a logical response back. SIDE NOTE: should only take 3-5 business days. I called the store back last Friday to inquire about the refund and I was told that the manager would call me back. Never got a call. This morning I called the 1-888# and asked if they could see a refund being processed. They said they would have to call the store because the store has all the accessibility. After he returned to our line after calling the store he was told that they dont see a refund had been made and that I was told to come into the store to show proof I was charged twice. SIDE NOTE: I was just in there this past week making a purchase. I was never told to come in. I was told they saw the double charge and that a refund was in progress. He also stated that the girl who answered the phone was rude to him as well. At this time we are by passing the store since no one wanted to handle this situation. I am waiting for an email from the back department so I can send proof of duplicated charge and then I will wait another 3-5 business days. Its been 19 days what is another 5 days for $300. Its not like I need to pay rent. So disappointed. Stores should not have this much power.UPDATE: Back office never sent an email for me to send proof of my double charge so I could be refunded. I called the store AGAIN last Tuesday and someone was able to email me a copy of a receipt that showed a refund she made in two minutes dated Oct 6th. Bringing us to today! I still have not received a refund. I called my bank, they dont see any refunds, called Sams club, dont see a refund dated Oct. 6th but see a refund attempt on Sept 27th. I was also advised to call the 1800 # again because they said it was a technical issue. I call the 1800# and was passed back to the store. Sole with the manager and was advised to wait till tomorrow because refunds take up to 12 business days from the refund date (Sept 27th). I asked what do we do if I dont see the refund, he stated that he would have to call the home office to be advised on what to do.This is the worst customer service I have ever had. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT TO DO AND I HAVE BEEN PASSED BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND THE STORE FOR A MONTH NOW. THIS IS ABSURD AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I DONT THINK ILL BE RENEWING.

I have to leave a review. I’ve been a patron Sam’s club since they opened. Shout out to the Sam’s club customers and employees!! I left my wallet in my cart on Friday. Someone found it and turned it in. Sam’s club held in their vault until I could come get it on Monday. Everything was in it, of course. Thank you

I love the pharmacy ladies. They are so good to me and ALWAYS there to help when I need anything. They are a wonderful team I could get my meds somewhere cheaper but I would never because I could never find the wonderful people like Sams Pharmacy Team....

We always have good trips here. Great food. Maybe the only exception is some of the produce like cucumbers and tomatoes. I seem to have the worst luck with it going bad by the next day. But otherwise our family shops here a ton and for most things! My kids love the samples, as you can see from this picture from the other day 😂
