Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Keith and his crew for taking down a dead tree hovering over my house like a ticking time bomb. For four months, I had been trying to get various tree service companies to solidify a date to take down this tree of doom. As weeks went by, my anxiety got worse as I watched this tree get more dead by the second-losing bark, pinecones, limbs, and watching it bend further in the center of the trunk and lean closer to my roof. One storm would have destroyed my master bathroom, closet, bedroom, and taken out my entire chicken coop and flock. As I waited for someone to call me back to set a date for removal, I had also called my homeowners insurance to see, hypothetically, what would happen if the tree fell during a storm. They informed me that since I knew about the threat, if it indeed occurred, they wouldnt cover any repairs to my home. So finally the day arrived when I saw on the news that a severe storm was on its way. On a whim, I contacted Keith after getting no response from other companies. He came out 45 min after my text to take a look. He assured me it wouldnt be a problem for his crew to remove and said hed be back to take care of it in 24 hours. I was elated. Then, just 15 min after he left, he texted back and said it was such a bad tree, he didnt feel good about it being there for one more second, so he said theyd be out not tomorrow, but just in a few hours to take it down. I cant explain to you what I was like to finally have someone listen, care, and treat me like you would want a friend or family member to be treated. I had felt helpless and hopeless. And finally, after months, someone helped me. Instantly. No waiting, worrying, or wondering...they just immediately helped. I really wish everyone treated people like this. I wish more businesses were run like this. Keith made my home, family, and situation a priority. He solved my problem in one single day. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!
