Purchased a Spartan 54 inch lawn mower one year ago. In addition they’ve been easy to work with concerning my service and maintenance for my Spartan. It might just be that this mowers look awesome. Thanks!

I went in looking to purchase a new Husqvarna string trimmer this past spring. I was new to the area and wanted to create a relationship with a Iocal dealer and service dept for my equipment. I wanted a specific model made by Husqvarna and wanted to buy from a local dealer to give the business to someone besides the big box stores! I went in and they had many options, accessories and the exact mode I was looking for. I was not greeted or really helped out. I was able to purchase the string trimmer but the people behind the counter seemed a bit dis-interested in talking with me or give me any info. Knowing a little bit about the Husqvarna brand I was surprised the staff did not even attempt to sell me on the 3 cans of the Pre mixed fuel by Husqvarna, as this extends the warranty. Which means I would bring back all my service needs to their business. I really hope I can return and have a better experience next time.

Had good experiences with these folks before. However, I just called up asking some questions about a problem Im having directly after their winter service and was talked down to big time for no reason at all. I wasnt being accusatory or angry or anything? Wish people would have a bit more patience, especially with customers who arent being unreasonable or angry. Unfortunately wont be going back.

Happy to help when your buying something but when you bring it back while still under warranty for problems they are unwilling to help at all and talk down to you like you dont know what your talking about. Will not go back.

If you need special accomodations for people with a physical impairments, which I have an issue with, they are very helpful.Could have saved a couple bucks and went to like Lowes, but I want to feel customer loyalty and spend my money with a small business that genuinely appreciates it.GLB CAMBY

Weve used EZ Way Rental in the past and had good experiences so when it came time to purchase a mower when we moved to a larger property, we first considered the Mower Outlet. We were able to find a used commercial mower that fit our price range and were assured would last us several years (which, for the price, Id sure hope itll last a long time!). Unfortunately, there was an issue with some of the electrical wiring corroding, which led to the mower not starting, even though wed only mowed with it a handful of times. Initially, I was VERY displeased that it was going to cost me $70 to have them come pick it up and work on it, even though it was still under warranty. I made sure whoever I talked to knew I wasnt happy about paying it, since wed barely owned the mower, so they eventually waved the pickup fee, which I thought was fair. So far, I am happy with my purchase and as long as it keeps running well, I will continue to recommend the Mower Outlet.

Great selection but better service. I have been dealing with the owners, Randy & Denise Beck for more than 30 years and they deserve 10 stars.

Thanks Justin,Stew “The Awesome Technician” brought my dinosaur “2001” Exmark Lazer Z back to life after a catastrophic hydro pump and drive motor failure due to a mis-diagnosis from a competitor located in Mooresville as well (not to mention any name, but they are located on hwy. 67 near Grey Brothers Cafeteria)He replaced both hydraulic pumps and 1 drive motor as well as replace all 3 spindles with new “Gator” mulching blades.It took longer than I had hoped, butNow my Exmark is almost like brand new now.Thanks so much Stew and “Mooresville Mower Outlet”Scott LentzAssociated Services Company LLC

Ive rented Penske trucks here several times, and they are always quick and courteous. The trucks are clean, and start with a full tank of gas - unlike U-Haul. Its much easier to return full than to try and get the needle back to 5/8 without giving free gas to the next guy.Ive also purchased small engine parts and had mower blades sharpened here. Friendly staff and fair pricing.

We needed to move our old car and rented a tow dolly from E-Z Way Rental. The old tow dolly had several rust holes, and both hooks on the safety chains were bent. The tire straps they gave us looked like they had only been used once. They were long and wide, and looked like they would fit a truck with 35 off-road tires! The tire straps are available in various lengths and looks like these are the longest. The first cross strap at the rear of the tire could be raised or lowered on the tire. We placed the tire straps over the top of the tires, and the second and third cross straps were in front of the tires towards the bottom. We inserted the straps into the ratchets and tightened both tire straps. We drove less than 2 miles at 25 mph, when I noticed the driver side tire strap was loose. We put the tire strap back over the tire and tightened it up. We also checked the tire strap on the passenger side. We drove less than 3 miles when the tire strap came loose on the passenger side. These tire straps are way too big for these tires! We pulled a tow dolly behind our motorhome for several years and know the correct way to hook-up the tire straps. We have a lot of money invested in this old car and cant afford for it to come off the tow dolly due to the tire straps being too large for the tires. We paid $450 for a tow truck to pick up the car and take it to our new house. I returned the tow dolly to e-z way rental and started to tell the guy at the counter about the straps. He interrupted me and said thanks youre done! This guy could care less! The next person that rents this tow dolly will have the same exact problem with the tire straps! From what I could see, most of their rental equipment is old and needs replaced.

Open 7 days a week which is great for my lawn business. Being able to rent and bringing back equipment on the weekends is great. Sometimes its busy but its never been to the point ive regretted coming. One of my go to stores in mooresville when i need trimmer line or anything on the fly.

Great place and the service was great

Shame on you for such poor service after the sale. I sent my new mower in on Friday for service and when I called on Tuesday, I was told that it wouldnt be worked on till Wednesday. I called again on Thursday for an update and was told that the service tech had been out all week and you didnt know when he would return since he doesnt call in. The woman on the phone was quite rude and short during the entire conversation. She did come back and say that the mower was on the lift but would not be worked on until the tech came back. My question is why do you have such unreliable employees and why was I not told that the tech was out when I called on Tuesday? For a business as large as yours, you only have one person that can service the mowers you sell? Who runs a business like that? I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and will be sure to share my experience with all of my friends and neighbors.
