Good communication from staff. Courteous and efficient technicians who provide repeat visits when necessary. Weve used Arrow for years.

This was an initial inspection and insect prevention treatment for new construction. Joel, Jeff and Bobby Jo all were extremely pleasant, professional and informative. I was welcomed, not a a new customer, but as part of the Arrow Exterminators family. Jeffs arrival for initial treatment services was right on time. Although the pesticide treatment will be quarterly, I was assured that a call-back would be promptly answered if there were any problems.

We first used this business because we needed to relocate the bats that had taken up residence in out attic. They were so impressive that we signed up for the quarterly service. Arrow is extremely knowledgeable about how to get rid of each pest as well as being prompt in responding. The office keeps good trace of where their service techs are and the tech who comes to our home is always courteous, helpful, efficient and willing to keep us up to date on what has been done and when results should be seen. (usually within a day). I cannot recommend them enough, Id give them 10 stars if I could.

It is our first time using Arrow, after using a competitor for over a year with unsatisfactory results. It has been a little over a week since their first visit and our pests are gone. I wish I had called them first! There customer service is near perfect, which is hard to find. They have a free callback service that is unheard of which gives us a sense of security and their fees are affordable and well worth what they provide.

Not to mention I called everywhere (Orkin, terminex, etc) who told me because of covid the had no availability. Jeff was professional super nice and treated my ant issues quickly. First worked with Arrow during our home inspection, specifically having them take a look for any termites. Upon closing on the home, contracted with them for the yearly termite certification and quarterly pest control. Then decided to have them put down a new vapor barrier. Mike (office manager) and Steve (regional manager) both came out to the house to walk me through some of the questions I had around the install and took the time to walk me through my property and crawlspace explaining some of the areas of concern they had. With no pressure, Steve and Mike provided me with a quote to update my 40 year old crawlspace vents, dig out 2 window wells, seal off the crawl space door (to prevent critters from getting in). Signed the contract on a Monday, and Mike and Steve were back out Thursday doing the work. They truly took the time to make sure everything was done to its best. Great service, super nice team, and quality products. Appreciate the time they took to help me out!

Alaine in the office is great to deal with. She is very knowledgeable and helpful in figuring out which services we needed. I also emailed her a pic of a troublesome bug and she knew what it was! The guys who come out and spray are also knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in identifying possible needs without being sales pushy. I would recommend this Company to anyone who needs services and will continue to use them myself.

Ive used Arrow for quarterly pest control for over 4 years: ive had several different technician during that time. Every technician did different things; you never know what services they will perform. Some check the attic for entry points, some remove spider webs. Only the most recent one shows up on time. Very haphazard service and poor communication from this company. Im ready to look elsewhere.

I called Arrow to do a termite inspection on one of our homes we have for sale listed with a real estate firm in the Lake Norman area. They apparently didnt review there past records because we used them for the same home back in July/2016, then they stated we didnt have any termites the home had recently been treated. The representative stated there was a few dirt buggers but was old and empty and not present of any termites. He pointed all three dirt buggers at that time which was on the concrete block. I have a copy of the report by the way. When I originally called and spoke to the office personal for the recent inspection, I asked her if I need to have payment or if the fee can go on the closing hud statement then after closing a check can be issued since the home is under contract, she said that would be fine, i asked her two more times to make sure, well when the service technician tried to tell me I had active termites and he can see them, I asked him to show me, so we go into the basement, the same dirt bugger that the last representative showed me back in July/2016 is the one he claimed was currently active that didnt have active termites. I asked him to show me the termites, he couldnt, but instead, he rub his hand over the quarter of inch dirt bugger and it crumbled and then said thats a sign of presents. At that point, I told him its the same one thats been there from the last inspection and it never changed. At that point, I revealed that we had your company your company inspect this same home last year, he then called the office asking them to email him the report, he gets the report and see that was one of the dirt buggers reported not active, caught him in a big lie! This guy was trying to get me but was unaware I been selling homes for quite awhile. BEWARE USING THIS COMPANY FOR INSPECTIONS. ALL THEY ARE TRYING TO DO IS SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU MAY NOT NEED! I will be reporting them to BBB and the Attorney Generals Office. By the way, after he was busted, he called the office back and ask the lady in the office do he suppose to collect payment, as he was on the phone I tried to tell him what the lady in the office said, she must of heard my voice clearly because he answered her saying, I have you on my ear piece, so she must of thought she was on speaker and didnt want me to hear her saying she didnt tell me the bill can be paid off he hud statement of the closing, I have her on a recorded call. I mentioned to him I have the recorded call give me your email address I will send you a copy, he didnt respond with an answer but in stead said Im out of here. I will provide this information to both agencies so when they respond back lying to my complaint they will be busted again and both agencies will know. CROOKS is what they are. BEWARE!UPDATE NEXT DAY! This morning I received a call from Arrow Exterminators District Manager with concerns of what took place with my termite inspection yesterday. She was very concerned and sound very sincere on fixing the problem we had yesterday with there pest control representative. She offered to come back out to redo the inspection personally herself with a representative, but I declined because we have another company on schedule already.I feel she will get this issue resolved. I told her I have other places coming up for inspection in the area, and will try them again under a different company name and see if we have any issues, if not, I will be giving her a call plus will come back to Google to update my review immediately.

Showed up for an appointment that they never scheduled with no notice. I then called and they said they would schedule an appt for that night or tomorrow. They called back and scheduled for the 10th at 4pm. My landlord confirmed with them. On the day they were scheduled to come they never showed. I called 20 minutes past the appointment time and they say they never had the appt after two people had confirmed it. The spray is weeks late for a 3 month plan defeating the purpose of the three month plan to be rid of roaches. I do not recommend at all.

So very disappointed with Arrow. Our business has used them for years and service has gotten disproportionately more expensive with poorer service.Im giving up and going with a different local pest provider after the last run around and a bunch of excuses.They are all about upselling long contracts so buyer beware.
