I went in there the other day needing two things. I first needed to print something from an email. Sounds simple, right? Except that, Id never done it there. This sweet girl IMMEDIATELY saw the feat in my face and came over to help me. BLESS HER. She stayed by my side, and walked me through each step. Then I needed Thank You cards. Again, sounds easy enough. Except that I could not find the things ANYWHERE. It took three sweet ladies to help me find them!
On 12.31.20, I arrived at the Mooresville store to inquire about having a custom dimensional print done of the attached photo. I fully expected that IF it could be done that i would have to wait for several days for delivery. I recognized the print service manager from working with her on a prior project and she (CHERYL) came right up to me to assist. AS always she applied her expertise to my jpeg file and had it printed to perfection . Cheryls friendly CAN DO professional ways exceed expectations and deliver great experiences at the Mooresville store every visit. Her staff follows suit and delivers amazing results as well.Thanks STAPLES for this Service!!!!
I had an experience at Staples in Mooresville, NC that Id like to share.Back in April I sent a company called iMemories all the video tapes I had collected over many years of recording family functions. I had captured, birthdays, family reunions, graduations, Christmass, loved ones who are now passed, etc. They digitized them and after a few months I had them back and had access to them on line.My plan was to take all relevant parts of each of the videos and copy them to 5 different family members digital albums. It was a daunting task, over 400 hours of videos, snipping parts of each video and putting them in the appropriate album. Then I went thru every digital picture Id taken, ever, and uploaded each picture into the appropriate album. That, too, took months. I then ordered 5 flash drives that were shaped like Christmas stockings from a company in NJ. What a cute idea, I thought. I un-compressed the files, saved them just like youre supposed to but I couldnt get them moved into the flash drives. I was so stressed, I had to get this done! I wasnt sure what to do, I just knew I was almost done with this project after 6 months of working on it, and I didnt know how to finish it.So I took my laptop and went to your Mooresville Store. There I met Cody, Skyler and Chris, the 3 tech guys on duty that day. I explained what I was trying to do. They stepped in and worked the problem. Cody tested out the first flash drive, looked at the errors, tried to figure them out, get around them or over them. He figured out pretty quickly that it had to be the flash drives. Well, we knew at least that 1 out of 5 was bad. We went on testing the rest, yes they, too were corrupt. So I purchased the flash drives I needed from your store and we began uploading the digital albums onto each one. They were 16 and 32 GB, so this took some time, but I was hesitant to leave in case another error message popped that that would hinder my progress. They were gracious enough to allow me to stand over to the side and let each one upload to make sure the project was finally complete. Skyler, Cody and Chris kept checking in on me to make sure things were going alright when things slowed down a bit.During this time, and it was over 4 hours, I watched these 3 guys provide some of the best customer service Ive ever seen. They were everywhere, making sure anyone and everyone received assistance or guidance. Even when one customer was a bit rough, they maintained their professional and courteous. Because of their awesome customer service and patience with me, we completed my project and I and so grateful! Weve lost many family members over the years: giving the gift of video and still memories of these loved ones to our family will be well received, Im certain. And its actually been a gift to me, too. Thank you Cody, Skylar and Chris.
Horrible experience shopping here today. My boyfriend has been looking for an office chair tall enough for him. We found the perfect one on display here and told a customer service rep that we wanted it. Turns out that it is not in stock in store or online and they wouldnt sell the display. Just frustrating waste of time because they couldnt be bothered to keep their display up to date. I see no point in shopping here in the future.
Ive used the print center at this Staples a couple of times and they always do an excellent job, from printing pictures to helping get something shipped.
This location always takes care of me! They are always so helpful and go out of their way to figure things out. Sondra is especially helpful every time and today Bryon was awesome too. Good job Staples of Mooresville. Keep it up!!
I had to send some business reports via email and, not having a fax machine, I went to Staples for help. I wish I knew the name of the young lady who helped me. She was genuinely friendly and helpful. Without being asked, she came from behind the counter ( with mask on) to walk me through using the fax. And as I was leaving, she was smiling as she helped another customer.

Wish I could give zero stars. Had an employee, Sheryl I believe was her name, laugh at me in my face when I asked a simple question and the manager said she would “take care of it” yeah right! I will be calling corporate because I work customer service and would NEVER treat a customer the way I was treated at this location! Very rude and they seem to have no control over their rude employees!
I love Staples. They have a lot larger selection than most places without the wait times of Walmart. I also love the coupons, offers, discounts and rewards. Their printing and binding services are also great and I have used them several times.
Picture this: your about 8 days late on a present, and now it’s noon and the party is 6pm. You spend way to much time photoshopping the pics together, and now it’s 4pm. You go in to staples totally expecting to be let down, but the opposite happens. Michael, the manager (sorry if the spellings off) is behind the print counter, and takes care of you like royalty. He offers suggestions, executes, and all in time for the party. Last employee to work at staples with that work ethic was Dwight Schrute. Seriously. All jokes aside, really great experience here and Michael really went above and beyond helping me
A year ago, this place was great! My last 4 visits have been HORRIBLE! When I go use the print center there is either a line backed up out of the area, or theres no one in line and to get something printed, they told me it would take 4 hours! Dont waste your time.
I was just shopping at Staples 615 River Highway, Mooresville, NC on 7/28 for school supplies for my classroom. I love that they price match. I was able to get my folders for the sale price at Office Depot. The manager, I think his name is Mike, was very helpful and assisted in my transaction. It was great talking to him about teaching. I really appreciated his kindness. This is why I will be returning to Staples in the future for my classroom needs.
I was asked at checkout where my masks was rudely by the manager, I am medically exempt and was very disappointed when the manager snarled at me after I told her I was medically exempt.
This place sucks. They ripped my dad off and now we have to pay a lot of money to get his phone fixed. They told him a simple battery replacement for only 100 dollars and what he got was a amazing battery for 3 days or so and then boom we wake up and his phone is burning and it barely charges anymore and when we take it off the charger it drops down super fast. Staples, I hope you go bankrupt and people don’t let them do this to your phone.

5 associates stood around and watched me waiting in line. The sales associate at the register must have been new: super slow...After waiting at the printers where two associates were just chatting with a customer, being told it takes two days to print 5 pages, my patience has expired. Had to leave the merchandise behind and just remember to NEVER go back!
We went to get a battery replaced for an iPhone. They raved about how amazing the liquid armor glass screen protector was. We were told it would protect the phone from scratches and drops. After two weeks not only were there scratches, but one little drop cracked my whole screen. We went to get it fixed because they told us if we had any problems that they would fix it. The guy there told us that there was nothing he could do, even though it should’ve been under warranty because it had only been two weeks. We then left and went to CPR (Cell Phone Repair) not only were they helpful and kind, they also fixed it the same day and took $10 off the price. Would recommend CPR, not staples for ANYTHING to do with phones!! CPR is 100 times better!

The Online Pickup sign is small and hard to find but I am thankful for free delivery service by picking up an online order at the store.

Ordered business cards online. Was given a date that they would be done, I decided to call before I drove there and found out that their machine was broken and would be another 3 days before they were done. I have already waited 3 days and needed the cards today. They should have called me a days ago to let me know the machine was broken so I could have made other arrangements. Not Satisfied.
Wow if i have to tell you why to avoid this place then obviously you are from pleasantville. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GET SUCKED INTO THIS PRICE GOUGING EXCUSE OF A STORE. $8 for 10 copies. i could go on and on. but i am not wasting my time or yours.
I am going to sound biased about my local stores here but this is seriously one of the best Staples I have been to. They have always been friendly and will really go the extra mile to make it right.

Ordered business cards online.. they never came. Come to find out they never printed them. Gave them the order in person and paid in full. Sent UPS and never came. Called them and they said 4 to 7 days. I said UPS? Never again!
