When we first started using SWIM, the experience was a good one. They were building their business and trying very hard to do a good job. As time has passed, the experience has become less desirable. If you just want your grass mowed, you will probably be fine. Ask for anything beyond that, even if its in your contract, you cant count on these guys. For example, in our contract, SWIM agreed to do our shrubs twice a year. They would only do the shrubs if you called and asked them multiple times to do them. The last few times, Ive had to go back and tidy the shrubs up myself. The last job was horrendous and they refused to go back and complete the job. Some shrubs were done while others were half done and debris was everywhere. When contacted, Chad Swim, the owner, refused to make it right and told us to find someone else. It was in the contract! The photos included were taken after the work was done and, as you can clearly see, the work is sub-par, at best. Again, if you just want your grass mowed, take a chance, but, if you want something more and something worth what you are paying good money for, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Great prices and same day delivery in most cases. Ordered mulch around lunch time and I was delivered that afternoon. Driver was patient and droped it where I asked, and was respectful of the property even with a loaded truck in the yard, you would never know he was there.Definitely recommend for landscaping needs. Propane prices are good too

Built a retaining wall in backyard 2 years ago. Now leans and is likely to get worst. I gave tried contacting them a number of times with no success. Will find another company to repair their work.

Have had a bad experience twice. I won’t be fooled a third time. They are incapable of following instructions on where to put the sand. I literally provided an aerial shot with a circle and they put they sand about 10 yards away. When I complained they didn’t fix and I had to haul the entire load by wheelbarrow.

Chad and his guys do fantastic work. I have bought many loads of materials from them as well as having his guys come do work at my home. I highly recommend Chad and his staff. Thanks guys!

BEWARE. Top soil full of small stones/pebbles. Not able to grow grass. Chad Swim refuses to respond to issue. Arrogant and hostile to customer complaint.
