Pete and the people at ERT were all very nice and professional. They had come and installed a new roof for me last week, not only did they do an amazing job, they work with my insurance which was a huge plus! Installation took only a day and they left everything how they found it. Next day Pete come back and did a walk through to make sure everything was good and that i was happy with the work.I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a great professional job done.

I never thought that a roofing company could go above and beyond like ERT. The staff and crew were the best from start to finish. The quality and workmanship were above and beyond. My home had wind and hail damage and a tree had fallen through my shed. I called ERT and they were efficient in getting both roofs completely replaced the following week. ERT replaced my shingles, gutters, down spouts and gutter guards. I was unfamiliar with insurance claims and Aaron helped me understand the process. While the shingles were being installed, they took the opportunity to blow in new insulation from the outside. The owner personally came by to ensure all work was done well. I’m pleased with all the work performed. I have seen a decrease in my electric bill since adding the insulation. There were a couple of small issues after installation. They were immediately addressed. I have been impressed by the level of customer service I have received. I highly recommend ERT.

We employed ERT to make some repairs to our roof that turned up under inspection. They were very attentive and provided the service quickly and efficiently and at a fair price. The project supervisor, Aaron, was readily available by phone before and after work hours. He repeatedly stopped by to check progress and give us updates. Overall a good experience considering paying for roof repairs is no fun.

This company did a wonderful job for us. The were wonderful to work with and did a great job. They cleaned up after the installation so well you wouldnt even know they put a roof on that day. They knew what they were doing and did it right!! I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

ERT has roofed my house and my Mothers house. I was so happy with mine I had them do hers. Shes so happy how timely they got it done. And that there was not a nail or any type of trash or debris of any kind left behind. I highly recommend them !

ERT was very responsive when I called and was committed to doing high quality work. Someone came and inspected my roof inside and out the same day I called (Saturday) and did an estimate on the spot. Repair was done very well in less than a week.

I would definitely recommend ERT Roofing. They put a new roof on our house about 2 years ago. A few months ago, a leak formed on the ceiling in the bedroom upstairs. They came by, took a quick look in the attic, apologized profusely for the leak and even handed us cash to buy paint for the bedroom. It will all be sealed up and taken care of by Friday. Very disappointing when you choose a contractor with great reviews, and then have an experience that’s completely the opposite. First and foremost, the (small!) job that was started Labor Day weekend has yet to be completed. We were quoted 1-2 DAYS. The work that has been done was of poor quality - Mismatched siding, repairs yet to be made, and they continue to schedule completion with us and then no show. There’s really no excuse. Incredibly unprofessional.

Brian made a special trip to review my roof. He could have easily put me off until the next day, but instead made the drive to my home late one evening to review my situation and advise me. He put my mind to ease and saved me a lot of money. Brian & Eastern Roof are #1 in my book! I highly recommend!

I rarely write reviews, but was so pleased with Eastern Roofings work on my home recently that I felt compelled to do so in this instance.I hired the company to rebuild a section of roofing that formed a balcony on my house. The job required a good deal of construction as a leak had caused water damage to the ceiling below. Eastern Roofings work to be first-rate, using high quality products and professional and reliable labor. Brian and the team were great throughout the project, both courteous and responsive. I also found their services to be competitively priced.I would, without reservation, recommend Eastern Roofing.

Even though insurance was covering it, I received three competing quotes and Brian provided the most competitive quote. His company did a great job, was on time, always cleaned up during their time at my house, and they were very courteous. The job looks great. We had a roof leak through our bedroom ceiling. I called that day and ERT came out the same day to review the roof and provide an estimate. They completed the job 3 days later. The roofing crew was fast and efficient and cleaned up the mess well. We had one problem with nails coming through our screened porch ceiling. ERT came out the same day, agreed that it should be fixed, and they had a new crew come the next day to fix the problem and we ended with a nicer deck ceiling than we started with. I would hire again.

On May 23, 2014, a destructive hailstorm caused major damage to my roof and gutters. A neighbor referred me to Eastern Roof Technologies. I must say, Brian Newman and the ERT crew were very helpful with every stage of the roof repair process, including working with the insurance claims adjustor, the insurance company, scheduling and completing a timely roof repair. My roof consisted of asphalt shingles and copper panels over the porch. The work crew was quick, knowledgeable and thorough and even rejected copper panels that had flaws or did not meet acceptable standards for replacement. I recommended ERT to my neighbors and would continue to recommend them for anyone needing roof repair or replacement.
