I wanted to support a local business. They were a little more expensive than my current waste company but I thought I would give it a try. I called a month ago, and out of four weeks- I have had one happen on my pick up day that is Monday and it had only happened when I call repeatedly. I have to call and call and call and call and leave message after message after message and no one calls back. When I’m able to get someone to answer me, it is some excuse. One day it was Wednesday night, my pick up day is on Monday. This week, nothing. No pick up and no return phone calls. I’ve been extremely nice, understanding, understood when they told me their truck broke down, but I just don’t understand the lack of service. Just communication would be helpful. I set my trash out on Sunday night, and we have to look at it all week because nobody is providing the service that they promised. Hopefully they can resolve whatever issue they may have because I can’t depend on them and had to call another company to pick up as it is now Thursday and my trash has been on the curb since Sunday night.

They NEVER answer the phone. I recently moved and the people before us had used their services. I finally got a hold of someone after a month of trying. They said they would add our address back to their route. They told me my trash pick up was on Mondays. We set out our trash and it was never picked up. I called and she said they were sending someone back to come get it (they never showed up). Have not been able to get a hold of them since. Horrible experience. Do not use this company.

I put two trash cans out every week. Never had a problem until 3 weeks ago. They started only taking one trash can full of my trash and put it in my neighbors side of the driveway. Take all the rest of my trash but leave that one. I have called multiple times and they do not call back. I even walked down to talk to those truck operators and they said they thought my neighbor was using my trash service. I explained that it’s my trash. They said they make sure to pick up both trash cans moving forward. Nope didn’t happen. Still have a full trash can at the end of my driveway.

Do not have a problem with them at all. To me they are the best ones around.

Every week on trash pickup day I have to 1) Stop my car in the road and get out and move the empty trash can from the middle of my driveway because it is blocking the drive and I cant drive up the driveway until I move the trash can. Or, 2) Retrieve the empty trash can from the public roadway because it was left laying on its side part way in the road. Terrible quality of service. Now Im looking for a better company to do business with.

A JOKE. They smashed our ditch drain and blocked the drain with mud and leaves qhen they spun their tires trying to get the truck out. They did this on week two of service while trying to back into our driveway to turn around. We called several times and got a mailbox that was full. Finally we reached someone who said they would send someone to fix it. They never fixed it. The county had to come out clear the ditch and fox the smashed pipe because our yard and our neighbors yard were flooding. A few weeks later they backed into our yard and left ruts that were a foot deep. We called, finally got ahold of someone and told them not to use our driveway to turn around. A few weeks later, they did it again. This time they went off of our driveway bu three feet and left several ruts in our yard that range from six inches to a foot deep. We called AGAIN AND AGAIN until I fonally reached someone because mailbox is still full. I told the person I spoke with to tell their team to STOP using our driveway to back into. Three days later (the day before our scheduled pick up day) a message was left on my phone stating they are not servicing our area anymore. Now I cant get ahold of anyone to get my money back as I had just paid for three months worth of service ( their service somehow went from 22 a month to 35 a month in a years time). During the time they provided trash service to us they failed to pick up our trash on several occasions as well and then lied and said they were there earlier then normal and our trash wasnt out. Funny because we sat our trash out the night before.

What the heck 9pm trash pick up?!? Glad we didnt switch.

This company is awful. They never get our trash cans. And one time, one of the guys had the nerve to take our trash can and flip it upside down to let all the trash in our yard. We called the owner and nothing changed. We now have trash thats been piling up for a month now and they still refuse to take it. This company doesnt even deserve 1 star

This is the BEST waste removal services. Cheapest price in the state. Always on time even on holidays. Very friendly as well. Highly recommend if your lucky enough to be in their area like we are!!

Liar told me she would buy me a wagon to replace the wagon that I pulled my trash to the road in that her employee threw away and now shes denying ever saying that and is only offering to replace my wagon with one that someone is throwing away!

If I could lower than one star I would - On average they missed my trash once a month - They dont answer their phone and voice mail box has been full over a year now - Didnt come out to pick up what they missed when they said they would and again they dont answer their phone - Dont waste your time with this unprofessional service - I fired them 06/02/17 good riddance !
