Very helpful. They have a huge display computer that shows their inventory of everything. Our refrigerator died three days ago.. We were astounded that our 1st choice was in stock! First new appliance in over 30 years ! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes💕

This was our second purchase through the Badcock Mooresville location and we had a wonderful experience. Judy assisted us with the in-store purchase. She was not a pushy sales person and allowed us to browse independently through the store, which we loved. Its very difficult to try to decide on a large furniture purchase with a sales person following the entire time, so we were relieved that Badcock did not operate that way. Our couch arrived a week early and the delivery went as smooth as the purchase. They arrived on time, were very polite, and assembled our sectional in the exact location as asked. We have had two excellent experiences at this location! Thank you, Mooresville Badcock!

Horrible experience. Wish I would have looked at reviews first. Took my money then told me they would only leave on porch. Then it came in early and they wouldnt give me a specific time to deliver so I could get help. Only they would call the day before. Ended up cancelling. They took something that was supposed to be a happy occasion for me after saving up and made it nothing but stressful. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for a refund so I can start somewhere new after already waiting a month. I will never step foot in there again!!

Bought my couch, ( back massage & duel recliners ) my Cat Napper Rocker/ Recliner ( heat & massage unit built into the chair ), and my husbands Big Man Chair.. Recliner here. Have been doing business with Badcock Home Furniture for many years.

Came into the store on Monday around 4pm and found a table and couch I loved. Came back around 7:30 to pay for it in cash. The quote they gave me listed the table as $100 more than the sign that was on the table. The rep then told me the price that was posted didn’t go into effect until the next day. When I refused to pay the additional $100, they told me just to come back the next day. When I refused to do that, they told me they would just place my order on hold and I could call the next day with my card number. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have just reduced the $100 since that was the advertised price. If I had found something somewhere else of comparable look and price I wouldn’t have purchased from here based on this experience.

This is a great store for anyone to start trying to build up credit!!

Ive got to say, I just called (Sunday 12/30 around 4:45). What sounds like a very young lady answered, and she had absolutely no idea what she was talking about. She was unable to answer a pretty basic question, which was if there was more in store or just what I saw online. She mentioned a catalogue, so I asked if that was different or the same with was online. She said no... Im not sure how Im supposed to interpret that? She then put me on hold, but couldnt connect me with anyone who could actually give me an answer. Ive got to say, if this is the type of customer service Ill be getting when I actually come into the store, even if you all do have pretty good sales as indicated in the ad I got in the mail, Im just gonna have to pass because of the sheer lack of competence.

If you need flexible delivery go somewhere else. Bought a bedroom set there and now its going to be four weeks before I can even get it. They cant schedule delivery based upon your convenience and didnt even seem to care to try. So I have now paid my down payment and will be making my first payment before I even have the bed to sleep in or Ive paid for delivery and will now have to pay to rent a truck and pick it up myself (havent even checked to see if that was an option) Other then that getting help buying the product and getting financing was great im just used to more flexible delivery schedules from competitors in the past.

We have not had our furniture a year. Back in November the part on our sectional couch that makes it recline broke. Here it is February 7 and They Still haven’t fixed the part. We have called numerous times and it’s always the part hasn’t arrived. This is getting ridiculous!!! We have been making payments on a couch we can use🤬

Went in to purchase storage cube unit that cost 129.00. delivery was 99. No way I was paying that much for delivery. Called Monday wanted to go pick it up. Spoke to Judy was told it was onky her and the manager but anyother day during the week would work.Went in today to pick it up and was told no pickups today. Guess it depends who you talk to. Will never go in that store again.First time in that store II purchase 2 recliners. On delivery day they came with one recliner and asked me to sign for chair. I asked where my other chair was. 2 hours later second chair was delivered....done with them.

After looking for a sofa and love seat in just about every furniture store in Mooresville I finally made my purchase at Badcock. Sarah was the most helpful and friendly salesperson I have ever met in my lifetime. Sarah took the time to answer all my questions and she had the correct answer to all of them. The showroom at Badcock furniture is open, bright, and clean - I didnt feel like I was in a dirty warehouse like some of the other furniture stores in the area. The delivery of the two items came on the day and time that I was told and the two men that brought the couch and loveseat in did a great job assembling them. I would definitely recommend Badcock (and Sarah) to anyone looking for furniture for their home. Thank You

If I could only give 0 stars. Worst experience I have ever had with a store, I am very happy with my furniture but had a horrible experience with most of the staff. The most rude people Ive encountered in sales, they really did not care if we bought or not. The start of the sale began with an attitudinal middle aged woman telling us to wait that they are too busy (not in a nice way), then maybe 40 mins later came back stated that I have an account tried to make an argument and asking my mother why I had an account (no idea why, I didnt owe any money and Im grown and married). Finally the end came and needed all signatures, all good. Signed everything, denied the insurance and went on our way. Here comes delivery date, furniture still not here 2 hours after anticipated time. Call up there met with attitude (same lady) kept on hold for 40 mins, finally get told they will be here when they get here. Lady was real nasty and hung up on my husband so of course my husband loses it. Finally after everything, the insurance that was denied got posted to my bill. The whole store needs to be turned over. Great selection but absolutely will never go back neither will our friends/family until they get rid of the nasty enpployees and get people who actually care about selling and giving good customer service.

I got approved for $4500, was going to get a $3000 riding mower until they told me the downpayment and monthly payments, ridiculous interest rate, and on top of that they charge $99 delivery for less than 10 miles away, I highly recommend shopping around and either buy cheap with cash or find another easy to finance

Senior Citizens beware!! Badcock Furniture in Mooresville, NC is horrible. My 79 year old dad bought an expensive recliner and was told he could return it within 10 days for a full refund. He returned the chair because it hurt his back. They never told him and it is not on the paperwork that the $99 delivery fee would not be returned. It should have been disclosed to him and it was not. Bad business practice preying on old people.

Worst customer service ever. New to area and was looking to furnish a one bedroom apartment cash out the door. The rude salesperson left me on the floor (Im African American) and went to wait on a Caucasian customer, never excused himself, and never returned after the customer left. After being there awhile another man came over who identified himself as a delivery driver and asked if I was being helped. I pointed to the salesperson and explained what happened. The gentleman went and spoke to the salesperson and came back to me and stated that the salesperson did not acknowledged what he said nor did he acknowlege me. I left and spent my money elsewhere. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS BEHAVIOR. I would not recommend BADCOCK /Mooresville, NC to anyone.
