Scheduled an interview with Kimberly Wright. I arrived just to be told that the positions has been filled a day before. When I asked why she didn’t call me she blamed a third party system they use. I’m sorry but if you know the flaws in your system then take ownership and reach out to me.

Staffmark Temp Agency in Mooresville has been holding our money. This is not the first time and we are not the only ones this has happened to. We have multiple people who can attest to this. We were given a run around of where our money was. Most people dont even get their first psycheck for a month when it is supposed to be weekly. We received a skylight paycard to activate 24 hours later. We kept trying for 3 days and it would say the same thing. We contacted staffmark about this situation, they said come payday we should be able to activate it and our funds would be on there. Payday came and it was still saying try again later. Staffmark informed us that we had to call skylight in order to activate it. We did and there were still no funds even after staffmark informed us that they had been deposited. Staffmark told us it was on skylights end and we needed to contact them back about that situation. Skylight informed us that there were no funds sent to them. Staffmark then told us that they had no idea what was going on. We went up there, and they finally said that they ended up mailing it as a paper check the day prior. So whoever is in there, is not doing their job correctly. Weve been on the run around with this trying to get our money since 8am this morning and it is now 1:30pm. They wanted to talk back to us and laugh in our faces like this was a joke, very inappropriate and unprofessional. We need our money as we have a kid to care for, a house payment, car payment, insurance payment, groceries, all the neccessary essentials to live. Now we have to wait on all of that. How are we supposed to live if the company we work for dont know what theyre doing with our money? On top of all of that, hes done worked 12 hours last night, hasnt gotten any sleep and they do this to us all morning into the afternoon when it couldve been solved this morning.

They dont pay you for the OT you have worked. Unorganized and uninformed about their business and regulations.

I have worked for Staffmark for 5yrs on and off and i was impressed with how quickly they found me a job and kept me working but here recently and what has happened really changed my mind. My assignment was ended on a Thursday due to a person being dishonest about my character and integrity. I called the office to speak to the woman i deal with on a regular basis and she had said, Word on the street is you used foul language at work. WHO SAYS THAT & SUPPOSED TO BE PROFESSIONAL??!! If you can help it, DO NOT GO THRU THIS AGENCY because people who you think are on your side and have your best interest at heart they DO NOT. I have lost 2 jobs due to a client ending my assignment and Staffmark not looking into the issue or standing up for me. There needs to be more women who work in the office who are more professional and more into helping the people who come to them looking for work. When you end people assignment off of what the client says, dont just end it but INVESTIGATE & SOLVE the problem who cares if the client end yall contract; the people who work there are the contract and who keep it active. You mess with people livelihood and take away a job from them is dangerous. Staffmark needs to do Better !

Don’t use this temp agency, I had a family emergency where a family member was in critical state and they later on passed away a few days later so then after all of that...I called to inform the agency of what happened and now they don’t wanna work any further with me, even though I let my team members I was working with at the job site I was leaving and next thing I know I call them and the wish me the best of luck with my family issues and that I can’t work with them anymore because I supposedly didn’t let them know soon enough and also that I didn’t tell anyone at the jobsite where I was going....thanks a lot StaffMark....

Didn’t pay me the amount they was supppse too I call no answer I call payroll no answer even called the job still no answer they are full of it don’t use them I’m still waiting on a check and not gonna stop till I get it I didn’t work one day so why did I get a one day pay on my check smh DO NOT USE
