Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do, but the staff makes it pretty painless. The dental hygienist, Nora, did a great job of cleaning my teeth and they did not hurt when she was finished. Dr. Rachel was thorough and informative with her examination and recommendations. My receptionist, Krystal, was super welcoming when i came in and checked me right in! my hygienist Markanna then came and got me in in less than 10 minutes. She was super nice and did wonderful at my cleaning. Dr. Elisabeth came in to check everything and was superpolite and bubbly and let me know that everything was great!!

Though I didn’t have any work done, the staff was extremely friendly and explained things to me in a way I could understand. Dr Rachel was truthful to me even though she could have made money, that was really nice to see.Update: My son just had his first visit with Dr. Rachel and he actually enjoyed being there unlike in the past at other dentists. He even ran up to the nurse as we were leaving and gave her a hug. Definitely one of the best dentist I have been too.

I absolutely love going to see Dr. Elisabeth and her staff at Mooresville Dental. I have tried multiple other dentists over the past few years due to moving and insurance changes and this is by far my favorite office. From the front desk to the exam, everyone is kind and professional. Their dentistry practices also seem up to date and competent.They even saw my 2 year old at our last visit. Everyone was so great with him. He felt comfortable enough to allow a complete cleaning and examination. He is still toting around his prize toy that he received a month later.I also had an orthodontic wire retainer from 15 years ago come unglued and they got me in the next morning to reglue it. I feel very grateful that Dr. Elisabeth has some orthodontic experience to help me in my time of need so I didnt have to try to find a new orthodontist.

Started as a new patient today after a recommendation from a friend. The whole process couldnt have been easier. Downloaded all the new patient forms and was able to complete ahead of time so easy arrival. Office staff is friendly. Marcana did my assessment, xrays and cleaning. Dr. Rachel took care of my exam. Both were very thorough and professional. Office is following Covid recommended protocols in all interactions which was key for me. Very positive experience! Would highly recommend!

Ive been going to Mooresville dental for so long and every time I look forward to it. When I go in i always look forward to speaking with the friendly staff especially Dr. Elizabeth. She does great work and interacts with everyone very well. Krystal at the front desk is very polite. Makenna cleaned my teeth for the first time and I have to say she did a great job. She gave me some helpful tips on brushing and I would for sure recommend her. The service is 10 out of 10 as well as the work they do.

Everyone at this office always treats me right. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Elisabeth makes it easier for me with how gentle she is while doing work. You can guarantee to leave with a laugh and a better smile!

The entire staff is fantastic! Each member needed some special attention as we had neglected going to the dentist for a few years. Not once did anyone leave us feeling worse about so much time having passed between visits. Dr. Elisabeth talks to both of my kids on their level, exactly as they need to be addressed and helps ease any and all fears they have!! I was initially impressed with how quickly they were able to get each of us in for a visit and then all follow ups have been just as pleasant and more than accommodating.

Dr. Rachel and her team was highly professional, friendly, and explained all of my concerns in detail. They did not rush through my experience and recommended options for me that were based on the most recent research available, proving that their profession is based off evidenced based practice and concern for delivering the highest quality customer care and experience. I will definitely continue going to them for all my dental care and my 2 year olds care!
