Definitely recommend. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. My laptop had a virus and hard drive issue, but when asked whether to fix or replace I got an honest answer to replace which made them no money. Would use them again.

I have had CET Computer Magic work on different issues Ive had and they are top notch. Each time, theyve been prompt, clearly stated what was going on and what they could do to fix it and every single time, theyve delivered. Its a 30 minute drive for me each way, but theyve earned my trust and they do exceptional and honest work.

I wish I could give them more stars! I had a charger crisis where I couldn’t find the computer charger I needed at a store anywhere. I only needed it for a couple days. They also didn’t have it in stock but they did have a couple “tester” chargers I asked if I could rent one for the couple days. They ended up giving me one for dirt cheap. Super nice people, they obviously know good customer service. Would definitely come to them for anything!

This service was HORRIBLE! My interaction was 5% welcome 95% jokes about how they didnt know anything about computers and that it would explode any second. In the end they could not diagnose my problem and tried to conceal that fact by offering an answer full of technical jargon. I will NEVER go back and immediately am looking elsewhere for help. Brought a laptop in to have evaluated before sending off to college. Staff was very friendly, explained the small issue we had clearly. Fixed the problem, and gave solution to prevent it in the future as well as how to fix similar issue on other home computers (ultimately saving us money). They had it back to me in a number of hours when I had given them the week to take care of it! Will definitely be using them again when the need arises.

Extremely great service! A co-worker recently invaded my work computer and infected it with perhaps one of the worst viruses out there! Beware of the Zombie News virus! Tim, Greg and the guys at CET were able to remove it and everything else that it allowed in. Trust when I say this was a nasty one. Their flat removal rate was what attracted me, and as extensive as thing thing was thank goodness!
