Jimmy & Ken not only saved the day with getting our company computer capable to handle the amount of data we store, but Ken showed up on site to fix a wiring problem (created by someone else), which solved a long time issue. Not only are Jimmy and Ken great guys, but they are extremely knowledgeable and very good at what they do. I love Ken and Jimmy those guys really know their stuff. My office needed some computer repair and to have a network attached storage set up and these guys did it very quickly and effectively. What I like the most is that they stand behind their work and theyre just good people. I have hired Ken for several projects now. All of them had confounded other experts and customer assistance reps. Ken handled all of them enthusiastically and expertly. These were not easy projects, but highly challenging software/hardware/configuration issues that NOBODY had ever dealt with before. The more difficult and unique the project the more excited he is. Our firm has done business with Ken and Nutrac for several years now.This time the issue was my prized laptop.It became erratic, unpredictable, slow and the screen had developed a dark patch around the frame. I scheduled an onsite diagnostic and it ended-up in the repair shop.A day later, diagnostic video clips showed how Malware had hijacked Google Chrome and added a suspected keystroke-logger-toolbar that looked normal. Also, Windows 10 system logs showed the dates and times where operating system and security updates had failed repeatedly. Subsequently, the hard drive was removed and it tested “CAUTION” which simply means it was going bad; with all my information and the malware still on it.Ken recommended replacing it due to age, older technology, and the cost of repair. Based on a history of consistent excellence, Nutrac provided a suitable replacement and transferred everything; minus the Malware.
